Shah Alam MP charged with teaching without credentials

Shah Alam MP as well as state deputy PAS commissioner Khalid Samad was charged in a Syariah Court currently with training whilst not carrying credentials (tauliah) during Surau Taman Sementa in Kapar, Klang, in between 10pm as well as 11.30pm upon Aug sixteen last year.

NONEKhalid (right), who pleaded not guilty to a charge, was represented by counsel Muhamad Burok, whilst a Selangor Islamic Religious Department (Jais) prosecutor was Muhamad Saufi Mastorlani.
Muhamad Saufi referred to which bail be set during RM2,500, though this perceived a clever conflict from Muhamad Burok who pronounced it is "quite excessive".

"The amount was due so which (Khalid) will be benefaction during a subsequent hearing. (But), a male similar to him will positively not be absent as well as ignore a court's orders," he said, whilst proposing which bail be set during RM1,500.

Judge Norafizi Fitri Ab Manaf allowed a suspect to be expelled upon RM1,500 bail, as well as fixed June 7 for a subsequent hearing.
