Namun, kebebasan yang mereka tuntut ini jelas sekali membahayakan masyarakat dan negara kerana ia bukan saja bertentangan dengan agama dan fitrah hidup manusia, malah mampu meruntuhkan negara, institusi keluarga dan agama.

Ternyata, apa yang disuarakan Abdul Rahim itu ada asasnya kerana ketika ini, sedang berlangsung satu module khas bagi mengiktiraf kewujudan golongan homoseksual, lesbian, gay dan hubungan bebas antara jantina di negara ini.

Program dikenali Seksualiti Merdeka 2011 bertemakan "Jangan Takut Walaupun Menjadi Songsang" berlangsung di ibu negara selama dua minggu bermula kelmarin dan berakhir thirteen Nov ini.

Program itu boleh disifatkan sebagai mahu menghalalkan perkara yang haram itu menuntut hak sama rata dianugerahkan kepada golongan gay, lesbian, pengamal hubungan seks bebas dan homoseksual.

Bagi pengamal budaya seks songsang ini, penganjur menyeru mereka supaya tidak berasa takut atau janggal dengan amalan itu, sebaliknya perlu berjuang untuk mendapat pengiktirafan masyarakat.

Jelas sekali, module berkenaan amat bertentangan dengan Perlembagaan yang menetapkan agama Islam sebagai ! agama Pe rsekutuan, di samping menghina institusi Raja, selaku Ketua Agama Islam dan simbol perpaduan serta Ketua Utama Negara.

Program yang dijadualkan dirasmikan pemimpin pertubuhan haram Bersih, Datuk S. Ambiga itu juga sebenarnya menghina Islam dan tidak menghormati sensitiviti umat Islam serta masyarakat berbilang bangsa dan anutan agama di negara ini.

Penganjuran module itu membuktikan ada usaha terancang pihak tertentu untuk mengajak masyarakat mengiktiraf kegiatan tidak bermoral dilakukan manusia songsang. Justeru, pihak berkuasa di negara ini sewajarnya mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap penganjur module ini kerana ia bertentangan dari sudut agama dan moral.

Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Majlis Fatwa Kebangsaan, Prof Emeritus Tan Sri Dr Abdul Shukor Husin, berkata module berkenaan ternyata tidak mendatangkan faedah kepada rakyat sama ada dari sudut moral, kemajuan dan agama.

"Ia hanya mendatangkan kesan buruk kepada masyarakat jika budaya songsang ini dibiarkan tanpa sebarang tindakan tegas. Program ini patut dicegah daripada awal. Dalam suasana masyarakat majmuk, bermoral dan bertamadun, saya faham masyarakat menolak perkara ini yang ternyata tidak mendatang faedah.

"Selain bertentangan dengan budaya timur dan nilai murni masyarakat kita, module itu juga haram di sisi Islam. Saya juga percaya agama lain tidak bersetuju dengan module ini kerana ia merosakkan nilai dignified dan bertentangan dengan fitrah manusia," katanya.

Difahamkan, pihak berkuasa tidak dapat mengambil tindakan terhadap penganjur kerana module itu diadakan di dalam kawasan persendirian.

Abdul Shukor turut berkata, module itu bertentangan dengan konsep wassatiyyah yang mahu diterapkan dalam kehidupan masyarakat oleh Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak kerana ia menyogok konsep magnanimous melampau.

Sementara itu, Setiausaha Agung Angkatan Belia Islam Malaysia (Abim), Mohamad Raimi Ab Rahim menegaskan, pihak berkuasa perlu bertegas menghalang module berkenaan daripada terus berlangsung ! kerana i a tertakluk di bawah undang-undang.

"Kegiatan seks songsang dan bebas ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang Kanun Keseksaan (liwat) dan Enakmen Syariah Negeri.

"Berdasarkan latar ini, kita kesal kerana pihak penganjur tidak sensitif dan bertindak meneruskan bulletin mereka. Abim mendesak pihak berwajib mengambil tindakan tegas menyiasat perkara ini secepat mungkin," katanya.

Mohamad Raimi menambah, pihaknya menyedari penganjuran module bagi menyokong kewujudan golongan songsang ini begitu bersemarak pada Oktober lalu dan bulan ini.

"Platform kebebasan hak asasi manusia harus dipandu oleh nilai agama dan budaya masyarakat serta perlu disesuaikan dengan sosio-budaya masyarakat," katanya.

Beliau turut menjelaskan perjuangan berkaitan isu hak asasi manusia perlu berpandukan Perisytiharan Hak Asasi Manusia Kaherah yang falsafahnya selari dengan nilai agama dan dignified masyarakat beragama. Berita Harian
