"Kontraktor Syabas ini ada banyak, tetapi saya dapat tahu cuma beberapa syarikat yang Tan Sri Rozali Ismail ada kepentingan secara langsung atau tidak langsung dapat keistimewaan seperti anak emas oleh Syabas.
"Projek yang diberikan juga biasanya projek yang beri keuntungan lebih besar berbanding kerja yang diperolehi syarikat lain, ini tak adil kepada syarikat kontraktor lain walaupun mereka punyai keupayaan jalankan projek," ujarnya lagi.
Antara syarikat yang disebutkan sebagai anak emas Syabas oleh Dr Dzulkefly termasuklah Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, Damini Sdn Bhd, Yakin Rantau Sdn Bhd, Kembara Sdn Bhd dan Semarak Niaga Sdn Bhd.

Tidak ramai penduduk Langkawi sendiri yang berani datang ke kawasan ini kerana ia dikawal rapi oleh pihak berkenaan. Bayangkan betapa hancurnya hati anda sebagai rakyat Malaysia apabila orang asing dijaga diberikan IC untuk memastikan kemenangan pihak berkenaan setiap kali pilihanraya.

HAMISA TIDAK PERNAH TURUN PADANG?

PUSAT Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu, Tawau pada hari ini mengeluarkan kenyataan media berhubung isu perumahan terbengkalai di Taman Apas Permai di bawah kendalian Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB).
Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu, menyatakan kekesalan terhadap SPNB di atas kegagalan pihak SPNB menyiapkan rumah tersebutpada tarikh sepatutnya seperti mana yang termaktub di dalam perjanjian jual beli rumah. Banyak sekali janji pihak SPNB mengecewakan pembeli.
Lebih malang lagi, Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu,melihat masalah rakyat ini hanya dipandang sepi tanpa sebarang solusi yang konkrit daripada pihak berwajib.
Malah, umum mengetahui bahawa kontraktor utama untuk projek ini iaitu syarikat Supernesa Sdn Bhd, sebuah GLC Kerajaan yang dipengerusikan oleh Datuk Hamisa Samad, Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri (ADUN) Tanjong Batu.
Ganjilnya Hamisa tidak pernah turun padang membela nasib rakyat tertindas ini sehingga para pembeli mengambil inisiatif sendiri untuk membentuk jawatankuasa bertindak demi membela nasib mereka.
Aduan demi aduan telah diajukan menerusi laman-laman aduan kerajaan. Demikian juga cadangan mengadakan perhimpunan aman menuntut pembelaan dan termasuk juga cadangan untuk menghantar surat kepada Perdana Menteri telah dilakukan.

Sumber daripada pembeli sendiri memaklumkan mereka menandatangani perjanjian pada 14 Mei 2008 yang menyatakan bahawa projek tersebut akan siap dalam tempoh 2 tahun 6 bulan.
Bagaimanapun, selepas tamat tempoh tersebut, rumah yang dijanjikan masih tidak boleh diduduk. Oleh itu, pembeli mendapatkan pampasan daripada pemaju. Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu,melihat perkara menganggap ia penafian hak rakyat untuk menikmati kehidupan yang selesa. Tambahan lagi, rumah tersebut sebenarnya tidak mendapat sijil menduduki (CF) dan pastinya tidak selamat untuk diduduki.
SPNB sepatutnya memastikan keadaan rumah tersebut, benar-benar selamat untuk diduduki sebelum membuat majlis penyerahan kunci. Namun perkara sebaliknya dilakukan oleh pihak pemaju.
Hal ini turut menimbulkan keraguan seolah-olah ada sesuatu yang tidak kena apabila projek perumahan Negara ini terbengkalai sekian lama. Pada hemat Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu, tindakan pembeli yang enggan menerima kunci tersebut adalah tindakan yang tepat.
Justeru! , di per ingkat Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu,melihat perlu tindakan segera perlu diambil sebagai pembelaan kepada pembeli. Pusat Aduan Rakyat Tanjong Batu, akan membawa aduan ini kepada Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) untuk menyiasat isu ini.
