" Zairil menyifatkan budaya politik samseng yang dilakukan itu adalah amat keji dan memperlihatkan didikan dan kapasiti minda yang dangkal.
"Apatah lagi apabila ia berlaku di Pekan, iaitu kawasan Parlimen Perdana Menteri sendiri. Tidakkah ini memalukan Perdana Menteri, apabila siswa-siswi yang tidak bersalah telah disepak terajang malah ada siswi yang dilaporkan ditarik tudungnya?
"Sebagai Ahli Parlimen Pekan, Dato' Sri Najib Tun Razak sepatutnya bertanggungjawab untuk mendidik anak-anak buahnya untuk berhujah dengan akal. Sebaliknya, mereka hanya mampu menganiaya sekumpulan anak muda dengan kekerasan," ujar beliau.
Menurut Zairil lagi, DAP menghormati hak mahasiswa yang ingin menyertai proses demokrasi secara langsung, serta hak mereka untuk menyuarakan sebarang bantahan dan tuntutan melalui apa cara sekalipun selagi ia tidak melanggar undang-undang.
"Lagipun, pindaan terhadap Akta Universiti dan Kolej Universiti di Parlimen tahun lalu tambah mengabsahkan hak mahasis! wa untuk berpolitik," katanya.
Zairil berkata budaya pol! itik samseng UMNO ini amat ketinggalan zaman dan mewajarkan lagi kejatuhan mereka daripada persada politik tanah air.
"Budaya politik samseng ini mesti ditolak, dan UMNO wajar mendidik penyokong-penyokongnya untuk menghormati demokrasi dan berlawan politik secara beradab. Cabaran politik harus disahut dengan hati dan dada yang lapang dan bukan dengan keganasan," tambah beliau.

100 samseng Umno kepung, sepak mahasiswa di Pekan
PEKAN 15 FEB: Lepas diserang ketika mengedar risalah Selasa lalu, diikuti serangan dengan parang pada Rabu, kumpulan Gerakan Mahasiwa PRU-13 di Pekan, Pahang petang ini dikepung pula kira-kira 100 samseng Umno untuk menghalau mereka pulang.
Bercakap kepada Keadilan Daily, wakil mahasiswa terlibat, Ekhsan Bukhari berkata, serangan tersebut bermula semasa sekumpulan thirty mahasiswa mengedar risalah 'Harapan mahasiswa untuk rakyat Pekan' di sekitar kawasan itu.
"Kami sedang edar risalah, tiba-tiba kumpulan 100 samseng di kalangan ahli-ahli Umno Bahagian Pekan mengepung kami. Ada yang kena sepak, tampar, terajang. Mahasiswi pula kena tarik tudung. Polis hanya tengok serangan berlaku.
"Daripada situ, kami terus balik ke tempat penginapan, di Madrasah Husna yang tidak jauh dari lokasi kejadian," katanya dihubungi ketika beliau dalam madrasah berbincang untuk mencari jalan penyelesaian.
Menurut Ekhsan, kumpulan samseng itu kemudian mengepung madrasah tersebut memberi amaran supaya mereka beredar.
Jika ingkar, kumpulan itu mengugut untuk melakukan ancaman, kata Ekhsan lagi.
"Samseng-samseng itu masih di luar madrasah. Mungkin mereka bimbang dengan kehadiran kami di sini kerana Datuk Seri Najib (Razak! ) akan k e pekan Chini esok," kata Ekhsan.
Sebelum ini, pelajar Universiti Selangor (Unisel) itu dan dua lagi mahasiswa diserang samseng Umno di Kampung Datuk Keramat, Ganchong ketika mengedarkan risalah kepada pengundi di kampung berkenaan.
Kumpulan siswa itu mendakwa ditumbuk dan disepak di kepala dan badan oleh lelaki tidak dikenali dalam kejadian pada kira-kira jam 1 petang itu.
Manakala, kira-kira jam eleven pagi kelmarin, dua siswa dan dua siswi pula diserang dengan parang oleh samseng Umno di Felda Chini 4.
Gerakan Mahasiwa PRU-13 menggerakkan anggotanya untuk mengedarkan risalah berkenaan selepas mengumumkan untuk meletakkan calon di kawasan yang diwakili Perdana Menteri itu.-KD
Pukul mahasiswa berkempen bukti kelemahan pentadbiran Najib
Angkatan Muda KEADILAN (AMK) Selangor hari ini membidas tindakan pengecut ahli Umno di Kampung Datuk Keramat dalam Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Pulau ManiS dalam Parlimen Pekan yang bertindak ganas dengan memukul mahasiswa Ekhsan Bukhari, bekas Timbalan Presiden Aksi Mahasiswa Peduli (Aksi) ketika selesai mengedarkan risalah 'Harapan Malaysia' semalam.
AMK Selangor melihat insiden keganasan terbaru ini sebagai satu lagi siri kegagalan Datuk Seri Najib Razak sebagai Perdana Menteri, dan juga Ketua Umno Bahagian Pekan yang tidak mampu melakukan transformasi terhadap ahli parti di bahagian sendiri.
Kegagalan Najib Razak ini juga dilihat sebagai satu simbol kelemahan pentadbiran beliau yang semakin ditolak oleh rakyat Malaysia.
AMK Selangor mempersoalkansekiranya benar Najib Razak diterima oleh majoriti mahasiswa seperti yang didakwa dalam satu kajian, mustahil Perdana Menteri itu goyang apabila berhadapan dengan kempen demokrasi yang dilakukan oleh lima orang mahasiswa sahaja?
Jelas ada kegusaran sebenar yang disembunyikan Najib Razak selaku orang nombor satu Umno yang bukan sahaja goyah di peringkat Nasional, tetapi juga mungkin merasa ! bahang d ibenci di bahagian sendiri.
Najib perlu minta maaf & bertanggungjawab
Najib Razak seharusnya bersikap positif dalam isu ini dan meminta maaf secara terbuka kepada kumpulan mahasiswa ini khasnya dan rakyat Malaysia umumnya atas insiden yang tercetus dalam kawasan Parlimen beliau.
AMK Selangor menuntut Perdana Menteri itu bertanggungjawab sebagai Ketua Bahagian dan Perdana Menteri untuk mengelakkan kejadian seumpama ini berulang lagi.
AMK Selangor percaya sekiranya kawasan Parlimen yang diwakili Perdana Menteri sendiri tidak selamat untuk satu kempen demokrasi yang bebas, apakah nasib individu atau kumpulan lain yang cuba menjual thought dan hujah terutama ketika bahang PRU 13 semakin hampir.
Atau menurut pemikiran AMK Selangor, adakah ini isyarat penolakan dan sabotaj ! ahli Umno Bahagian Pekan sendiri terhadap Najib Razak, kerana mustahil mereka yang melakukannya tidak sedar akan impak negatif yang akan terpalit pada imej Najib Razak berikutan insiden ini. Najib Razak harus segera menyiasat apakah wujud 'gunting dalam lipatan' di bahagian Umno Pekan sendiri.
Namun yang jelas, AMK Selangor bertegas kejadian ganas terbaru ini sama sekali tidak seharusnya berlaku ketika Umno Barisan Nasional mencanang mereka berada pada tahap terbaik untuk menang 2/3 majoriti kerusi di Parlimen dan berada di tahap pale kuat sejak 2008.
AMK Selangor memberikan sokongan padu kepada mana-mana inidvidu dan kumpulan yang ingin terus melibatkan diri dalam proses demokrasi demi masa depan negara yang lebih baik.
AMK Selangor juga memberi jaminan tidak akan wujud kekasaran dan provokasi terhadap mana-mana kumpulan pembangkang dan Umno di Selangor yang turun berkempen, sama seperti kebebasan yang mereka kecapi sejak 2008 kerana Keadilan wujud atas citra anak muda bebas dan cintakan keamanan.

Anwar Ibrahim berkata, beliau tiada masalah jika terjumpa dengan Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak di majlis rumah terbuka Tahun Baru Cina Dong Zong esok.Anwar berkata, beliau telah dijemput dan akan menghadirinya.
"Saya dijemput. Saya akan pergi. Saya tak ada masalah dengan itu (Najib)," katanya dalam sidang media selepas menghadiri majlis rumah terbuka Parlimen Batu di Kepong hari ini.
Sebelum ini, Najib telah menerima jemputan Dong Zong untuk menghadiri majlis rumah terbuka pertubuhan pendidik Cina itu.
Perdana menteri telah mengesahkan kehadirannya melalui sepucuk surat yang diterima oleh Dong Zong dari Pejabat Perdana Menteri.
Selain itu, ketika Anwar ditanya berhubung kemungkinan Najib akan mengumumkan tentang United Examaniation Certificate (UEC) dan meluluskan empat sekolah cina persendirian yang baru, Anwar berkata, perkara itu telah berada di dalam buku Jingga.
Beliau berkata, perkara itu telah dibincang dan disepakati oleh Pakatan Rakyat tiga tahun lalu.

Pakatan supremo Anwar Ibrahim pronounced he had no complaint should he run into Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak tomorrow during a United Chinese School Committees Association's (Dong Zong) Chinese New Year open residence tomorrow.
"My battle is not personal. What is a complaint of assembly him (Najib)? It's not a fight, you know," he jested during a press conference after attending Batu parliamentary PKR Chinese New Year open house.Both leaders are expected to attend a Dong Zong'sopen housetomorrow.
However, according toChina Press, Dong Zong has appealed to both Najib and Anwar not to arrive during a same time.

Komunis bandar merupakan fenomena yang DAP sedang terapkan ke dalam masyarakat terutamanya di Selangor dan Pulau Pinang. Penulis selalu memberitahu bahawa DAP telah menyusup ke dalam gereja-gereja dengan mempergunakan agama seperti yang telah dilakukan oleh PAS. Ajaran songsang yang mereka terapkan didalam gereja amat cenderung kepada fahaman komunis bandar.

Pada 1 Februari lalu, ketika menjalankan pengajian agama di pondoknya, Pondok Haji Salleh, yang terletak di Kampung Banggol Kiat, Sik, pengasas pondok tersebut, Haji Salleh garbage bin Musa yang juga merupakan Penasihat PAS Kawasan Sik, membuat satu kenyataan yang ramai dari kalangan ahli-ahli PAS Sik, geleng kepala kerana tidak percaya kata-kata seperti itu boleh keluar dari mulut seorang tok guru pondok.
Antara jam 7:30 pagi sehingga 11:00 pagi, module Pengajian Agama Mingguan yang telah dihadiri seramai 600 orang yang teridri dari kalangan penyokong PAS tempatan dan dari daerah berdekatan, menyaksikan Haji Salleh bagaikan terlebih sudu dari kuah. Ketika membuat bacaan kitab berhubung keperibadian dan mukjizat Nabi s.a.w, seperti biasa, dia akan turut menyentuh atau seboleh mungkin untuk mengaitkan dengan politik Malaysia. Atau lebih tepat lagi, buruknya UMNO dan baiknya PAS. Cuma kali ini, Haji Salleh menambahkan sedikit ramuannya iaitu kehebatan Pakatan Rakyat dan perlunya PAS kepada sokongan serta redha DAP dan Lim Guan Eng.
Dalam ucapannya, Haji Salleh menyeru kepada semua yang hadir agar menyokong dan berkempen untuk terus menyokong parti yang memperjuangkan Islam kerana kononnya takut masa hadapan anak cucu tidak mengenali Islam lagi.
Namun kemudian, dia sendiri yang memansuhkan kata-katanya tidak beberapa minit sebelum itu apabila menyeru semu! a orang agar berdiam diri berhubung isu KALIMAH ALLAH kerana menurutnya, yang dipentingkan sekarang adalah kemenangan dalam PRU13.
Seperti yang semua sedia maklum, isu KALIMAH ALLAH muncul dan kembali menjadi kontroversi selepas Lim Guan Eng yang terdesak kerana skandal penyelewengan kuasa dan tanah, membuat tuntutan agar kerajaan membenarkan penggunaan KALIMAH ALLAH untuk Bible versi Bahasa Melayu.
Semenjak itu pelbagai tentangan telah ditunjukkan oleh masyarakat Islam yang berpegang kepada peruntukan undang-undang bahawa KALIMAH ALLAH hanya eksklusif untuk umat Islam. Selain KALIMAH ALLAH, terdapat juga beberapa kalimah serta ungkapan lain yang memang khusus dan eksklusif untuk umat Islam sahaja.
8 Januari 2013, di bawah tekanan Anwar Ibrahim dan Lim Kit Siang, Abdul Hadi Awang yang dilihat sebagai 'mengantuk dan mamai' telah bersetuju dengan konsensus Pakatan Rakyat bahawa KALIMAH ALLAH boleh digunakan oleh masyarakat bukan Islam, terutama sekali Kristian yang mahu menggunakan kalimah itu dalam Bible berbahasa Melayu tetapi tidak untuk Bible berbahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Cina atau Tamil.
Namun pada 14 Januari 2013, Majlis Syura Ulama PAS telah membuat ketetapan bahawa KALIMAH ALLAH tidak boleh digunakan oleh masyarakat bukan Islam walau dengan apa cara sekalipun.
Tindakan Haji Salleh yang meminta agar orang PAS tutup mulut dan berdiam diri berhubung isu KALIMAH ALLAH, dilihat sangat bertentangan dengan kata-katanya kononnya perlu memilih PAS dalam PRU13 kerana bimbang anak cucu tidak kenal Islam pada kemudian hari. Walhal tindakan menutup mulut dan enggan memperkatakan tentang kebenaran itu, sebenarnya lebih teruk berbanding menjadi anjing Guan Eng dan Anwar Ibrahim secara berterus-terang.
Mungkin menyed! ari kepi ncangan Tok Guru Haji Salleh yang semakin nyanyuk dan semakin jauh daripada matlamatnya untuk menyebarkan Islam, sebaliknya hanya untuk mencapai kemenangan dalam PRU13 tanpa memikirkan natijah yang akan diterima oleh generasi muda Islam, maka sekumpulan masyarakat di Sik, telah mengadakan demonstrasi berhubung KALIMAH ALLAH.
Demonstrasi tersebut telah dilakukan pada fifteen Februari 2013, hari Jumaat dari jam 2:15 petang bertemat di Masjid Ar-Rahman, Sik. Masjid Ar-Rahman sememangnya amat terkenal sebagai sebuah masjid yang dikuasai dan menjadi sarang puak-puak PAS.
Lebih tepat lagi, demonstrasi tersebut telah dianjurkan oleh PENAWAR 1MALAYSIA Daerah Sik. Demonstrasi tersebut telah disertai seramai lebih kurang 50 orang ahli Penawar DAerah Sik serta Setiausaha Agung Penawar, Syukir garbage bin Tahir.
Sebanyak twelve bunting serta gambar Lim Guan Eng dan bendera DAP telah dipijak dan dikoyakkan.
Hasil daripada tinjauan, demonstrasi tersebut mendapat sambutan yang cukup baik. Bagaimanapun, sebilangan ahli PAS yang hadir di masjid berkenaan, dan dipercayai merupakan pengikut kuat Tok Guru Haji Salleh, mencemuh tindakan tersebut.

BANDAR TUN RAZAK, sixteen FEB: Langkah Kerajaan Pusat menetapkan kadar nisbah hutang negara Keluaran Dalam Negara Kasar (KDNK) pada angka 53 peratus merupakan satu tindakan yang berani tetapi membahayakan ekonomi negara, kata Menteri Besar, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.Menurutnya, kadar nisbah tersebut tidak boleh melebihi pada kadar 53 peratus itu ditetapkan oleh Menteri Kabinet BN sendiri sekaligus menunjukkan kerajaan sendiri menyedari kadar peningkatan hutang negara yang semakin membimbangkan.
Beliau yang juga Ahli Parlimen Bandar Tun Razak berkata demikian ketika sidang media Majlis Sambutan Tahun Baru Cina Peringkat Wilayah Persekutuan tengahari tadi.
Jelasnya, penetapan kadar nisbah sama juga dibuat ketika mantan Perdana Menteri, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad menjawat jawatan Perdana Menteri Malaysia.
"Saya rasa angka itu ditetapkan oleh Kabinet BN yang mengatakan tidak boleh lebih 53 peratus, menunjukkan BN sendiri rasa lebih pada itu adalah dalam keadaan yang bahaya.
"Ini menunjukan kadar 53 peratus itu BN berani dalam keadaan yang bahaya dan saya rasa masa Tun Dr Mahathir pun menetapkan angka tersebut.
"(Sekarang) untuk beliau(Mahathir) mengatakan ini adalah angka yang tidak betul, saya ingat dia sudah lupa dengan keputusan yang dia sudah buat," kata Abdul Khalid yang sebelum itu disahkan akan mempertahankan kerusi Parlimen Bandar Tun Razak yang dimenangi pada 2008 itu.
Dr Mahathir dalam satu kenyataannya kepada media sebelum ini mengatakan nisbah hutang negara kepada KDNK pada tahap 53 peratus yang dialami negara pada masa ini masih menunjukkan ekonomi yang sihat.
Terda! hulu, da lam Majlis Sambutan Tahun Baru Cina yang diadakan di sini seramai hampir 5,000 hadirin membanjiri padang bola sepak Taman Bukit Anggerik Cheras.
Turut kelihatan dalam majlis tersebut, dramatis te! rkenal ta! nah air, Abu Bakar Juah yang sempat mendapatkan autograf Ketua Umum Pakatan Rakyat, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim di poster kalendar tahun 1999 koleksi miliknya yang memaparkan peristiwa tercetusnya gelombang reformasi tahun sebelumnya.
Selain itu turut memeriah majlis tersebut ialah Naib Presiden PKR, Tian Chua dan Pesuruhjaya PAS Wilayah Persekutuan, Mohamad Nor Mohamad.
