Politik wang Barisan Nasional kini menggambarkan rakyat Malaysia sudah menjadi susah dek pengurusan UMNO/BN yang teruk terhadap hasil mahsul negara.

Baru sahaja beberapa hari sudah Perdana Menteri, Najib Razak turun ke Ampang dan melancarkan kempen politik wangnya yang popular diberi nama BR1M 2.0. Seperti yang sebelumnya, kali ini bantuan kewangan RM500 itu dipohon oleh lebih ramai orang. Sekaligus membuatkan Najib Razak kembang dan bangga sambil merasakan pendekatan dan kempennya mendapat sambutan ramai. Konon rakyat sudah semakin sayang dan menyokongnya kembali.

Ada beberapa pertimbangan yang dapat kita buat daripada perihal BR1M 2.0 ini. Pertamanya ialah mengapa mesti Najib Razak melalui kerajaan dan jentera politiknya mengeluarkan wang tunai sebanyak itu untuk diagihkan kepada rakyat? Adakah rakyat sedang berada dalam kesempitan wang dan menjadi ! mangsa e konomi? Adakah rakyat begitu susah sampai tidak ada duit untuk hantar anak ke sekolah dan memastikan tempayan beras sentiasa berisi?

Apa sebabnya bagi duit kepada rakyat? Ya, mungkin sebab rakyat tak ada duit. Tapi sebab apa rakyat tak ada duit? Ada! kah rakyat malas bekerja? Adakah sebab gaji tak naik? Adakah sebab harga barang melambung tinggi?

Pertimbangan seterusnya ialah mengenai naik turun sokongan rakyat terhadap Najib Razak dengan pemberian wang tunai. Ini jelas nyata adalah politik wang. Tidak semestinya disebut rasuah, tetapi lebih kurang begitulah keadaannya. Politik wang yang dilakukan oleh Najib ini adalah langkah pale mudah untuk meraih sokongan. Hanya kerana bangsa ini begitu mudah termakan dan rasa terhutang budi.

Makcik, pakcik; saya nak bagi tahu. Duit yang makcik dapat itu ialah sebahagian daripada duit makcik sendiri yang kerajaan kutip selama ini. Itu bukan duit daripada poket Najib Razak, makcik. Najib Razak tidak berhempas pulas jual pisang goreng dan cucur kodok untuk kaut untung dan beri zakat kepada kita semua, tidak. Najib Razak dan Rosmah Mansor tidak juga turun ke bendang membanting padi untuk kumpul duit dan berikan kepada pakcik. Tidak sama sekali.

Itu duit makcik lah yang mereka ambil. Sekarang dia bagi balik. Nanti bila makcik guna duit itu untuk beli barang dapur, dapat ke dia balik duit tu makcik.

Inilah dia politik wang. Rakyat tidak harus tertipu dengan politik wang yang menjadi kekuatan pemerintah yang telah gemuk menelan hasil kekayaan negara setelah puluhan tahun memerintah. Sudah berapa juta dia makan, hampas dan sisanya yang dibagi ke kita.

Orang Pulau Pinang tahu ini. Sebab itu orang Pulau Pinang dengan manis muka boleh selamba ambil duit BR1M, tetapi hatinya tetap tekad akan mengundi Pakatan Rakyat pada pilihan raya akan datang.

Disebabkan kekayaan BN ini, mereka juga mampu membawa artis antarabangsa untuk menghiburkan kita semua. Pakatan Rakyat tidak begitu kaya. Yalah, tiada pengalaman makan rasuah atau rompa! k harta negara. Tidak macam BN. Mereka kaya. Apalah sangat DAP ini sekadar mampu buat parodi Gangnam Style. BN mahu bawa penyanyinya datang sendiri untuk menyanyi dan menari sambil menghibur hati rakyat demi memujuk sokongan terhadap mereka.

Pakatan ! Rakyat ti! dak mampu buat begini dan tidak akan berkelaluan seperti BN. Kami dengan yakin dan berjanji kalau kaya joke tidak akan kaya macam mereka.Sedemikian dalam Pilihan Raya ke 13 nanti pastikan semua yang berdaftar di SPR akan turun mengundi. Undi yang nyata pastikan undi calon dari Pakatan Rakyat iaitu jika calon PAS maka undilah PAS, jika calon PKR maka undilah PKR dan seterusnya jika calon di tempat anda adalah calon DAP maka undilah DAP.

Dalam kenyataannya beliau meminta perlindungan dari pihak berkuasa jika beliau memberikan segala bukti pembabitan Najib dan isteriya dalam kes pembunuhan itu.

Isu pembunuhan itu sudah menjadi buah mulut orang ramai sejak bertahun-tahun yang lalu dan dua orang pegawai keselamatan yang berkhidmat dengan Najib dan isterinya telah joke di jatuhkan hukuman mati kerana di sabitkan dengan kesalahan membunuh itu. Kedua-dua pegawai keselamatan yang bertugas dengan keluarga Najib ini telah membunuh seorang wanita Monggolia tanpa sebab kerana tidak dipersoalkan kenapa mereka membunuh wanita yang mengenali Najib dan rakan-rakan beliau itu.

Mahkamah Tinggi negara, mendapati mereka berdua bersalah kerana membunuh keatas dua pegawai Polis itu, tetapi yang amat anih dalam kes ini pihak peguam cara tidak pernah bertanyakan design pembunuhan oleh kedua-dua pesalah itu. Ini merupakan satu-satunya kes pembunuhan yang sangat anih kerana tidak di sentuh sedikit joke tentang design pembunuhan terhadap Altantuya itu dan ini lah yang menjadi tandatanya semua pihak. Bagaimana dua orang pegawai keselamatan kepada Perdana Menteri dan isterinya melakukan pembunuhan tanpa sebab.

Semalam Deepak, 'adik angkat' Rosmah Mansor sendiri telah meminta Mahfudz Omar untuk melakukan sesuatu bagi melindungi beliau kerana beliau sudah bersedia untuk membongkar segala-galanya tentang apa yang beliau tahu berhubung dengan pembunuhan itu. Di negara ini, kita mempunyai 'Protection Act 2009' dan 'Whistleblower Act 2010' dan Mahfudz Omar percaya itu mencukupi untuk Deepak berlindung dalam menghadapi pembongkarannya terhadap isu pembunuhan Altantuya beberapa tahun dahulu.

Deepak ! percaya adalah mustahil bagi Peguam Negara hendak menafikan apa yang ada dengan saya, iaitu bukti-bukti kukuh tentang penglibatan pemimpin utama negara dan isterinya dalam isu pembunuhan ini. "Saya akan membongkar semuanya dan saya mempunyai segala bukti penglibatan semua pihak dalam pembunuhan Altantuya ini" kata Deepak.

Berbagai-bagai usaha dilakukan oleh pihak Najib termasuk isu-isu yang di sebut oleh Deepak ini untuk membenamkan kes ini dari perbincangan rakyat negara. Tetapi ia tetap menjadi isu yang memanaskan. Saya percaya cadangan setengah pihak untuk membuat penyiasatan dan perbicaraan semula kes ini wajar dilakukan bagi mengelakkan dari rakyat masih tertanya-tanya tentang isu yang melibatkan pemimpin utama negara ini.

Oleh kerana isu ini melibatkan kewibawaan kerajaan dan rakyat negara maka semua pihak mesti berusaha untuk melakukan sesuatu yang benar-benar berkesan untuk menangani isu yang membosankan dan memalukan ini. Ini bukan isu untuk menjatuhkan atau membela mana-mana pihak tetapi ini isu negara dan kedaulatan yang bersama negara itu. Sebuah negara yang berdaulat tidak boleh ambil isu ini secara enteng dan ia perlu dilakukan dengan teliti dan terbuka dan di ketahui oleh rakyat jelata.

Pihak yang bersalah wajib menerima padahnya dan pihak yang berfikir ini adalah isu yang wujud mereka sepatutnya memperbetulkan keadaan samada melalui proses perundangan atau joke melalui politik. Tetapi jika di sandarkan kepada proses undang-undang kita mempunyai Peguam Negara yang menghadapi kredibilitinya. Terlalu banyak isu yang menjengkiti batang tubuh Peguam Negara itu sendiri. Walaupun kita mempunyai 'Protection Act 2009' serta 'Whistleblower Act 2010', jika Peguam Negara tidak bekerjasama isu ini tidak mungkin mampu di bawa ke tengah.

Masalahnya negara kita telah terlalu rendah kredibiliti institusi demokrasi dan penguatkuasaan undang-undangnya sejak pencabulan Badan Kehakiman d! an Perun dangan dari zaman Dr Mahathir sehingga sekarang. Banyak kesalahan yang dihadapi oleh pimpinan kita terlalu nyata tetapi tidak mampu diketengahkan kerana kekuasaan politik yang begitu mencengkam.

Selama ini rakyat hanya memerhatikannya sahaja. Segala bukti-bukti di sorokkan oleh pengamal undang-undang di Jabatan kehakiman dan Jabatan Perundangan itu sendiri. Immuniti yang ada kepada pemimpin politik terlalu besar, malahan lebih besar dari immuniti yang ada kepada Raja-Raja Melayu kita.

Kita tidak seperti negara-negara lain. Filipina contohnya telah mengambil segala tindakan undang-undang terhadap Presidennya Arroyo dan sekarang semua orang tahu apa yang sedang dihadapi oleh bekas Presiden itu kerana isu penyalahgunaan kuasa dan rasuah semasa bekuasa. Banyak ketua-ketua kerajaan dalam dunia ini terpaksa menghadapi undang-undang kerana kesalahan mereka semasa mentadbir negara. Ini masalah negara, bukannya masalah mempertahankan atau tindakan mendedami sesiapa.

Kita masih lagi ketinggalan zaman dan tidak salah jika kita menganggap negara kita ini terlalu mudah melupakan semua jenayah yang dilakukan oleh kepimpinan kita. Kita masih lagi membiarkan isu pengambilan wang rakyat yang berbillion oleh pemimpn negara untuk menyelamatkan perniagaan anaknya yang terbankrap dalam perniagaannya. Bagaimana perkara ini masih berlaku dalam sebuah negara yang dikatakan sedang menuju kepada negara maju jika perkara seperti jenayah yang diperlakukan oleh pemimpin kita masih tidak dapat di berhentikan.

Dalam kes Altantuya ini saya masih merasakan ia terpaksa diselesaikan melalui proses politik dahulu kerana ia memerlukan 'political will' untuk memulakan penyelesaian terhadap isu yang terlalu buruk ini. Pemimpin-pemimpin kita yang berada diatas tidak mungkin mempunyai kudrat untuk memastikan proses perundangan berjalan dengan betul kerana kuasa Perdana Menteri serta pengaruhnya terhadap Badan-Badan! dan ins titusi demokrasi itu amat kuat.

Penggubal undang-undang dengan perlaksana undang-undang itu sama-sama melakukan perkara yang buruk, maka mereka bekerjasama melindungi kesalahan masing-masing. Pengasingan kuasa yang jelas patut dikembalikan kepada negara seperti sebelum pentadbiran Dr Mahathir dahulu. Jika pimpinan kerajaan hari ini tidak berkemampuan untuk membuang perkara-perkara yang dilakukan oleh Mahathir dahulu, kita rakyat yang ramai inilah yang bertanggungjawab memperbetulkannya. Rakyat perlu menyayangi negara kita. Kita tidak boleh mengharapkan pimpinan hari ini untuk mensabitkan kesalahan yang mereka lakukan sendiri.

Rakyat sahajalah yang selayaknya melakukan penghakimannya melalui proses politik dan 'decisive' dan ini sudah menjadi kewajipan kita semua. Jika mereka yang menjenayahi kita ini masih berada di tampuk kuasa itu bukan kesalahan sesiapa lagi.

Itu sudah menjadi kesalahan rakyat sendiri.

MRT Corporation ceaselessly refuses to acknowledge this reality. There is certainly

no care shown towards the PZ residents which seems to compensate lip service to

the Governments slogan of Rakyat didahulukan, Pencapaian diutamakan as

demonstrated by MRT Corporations detachment towards the PZ residents plight. Added

The Writ of Summons which has been filed was an action finished but any malice.

Rather, the filed Writ is the PZ residents interest to the judiciary to provide them with

some redress as well as justice. The residents acknowledge which the MRT plan should

be assembled as it would bring good good to the adults of Kuala Lumpur.

However, it should not be assembled in the way which would harm any party,

regardless of the number of influenced residents. This would be tantamount to

condoning oppression.
