"Saya juga mendapat maklumat daripada orang ramai sepanjang perjalanan wujud penjualan secara haram telur penyu di daerah Sandakan namun tiada kesempatan ke sana, Insallah di lain masa," katanya kepada media selepas tiba di Kota Kinabalu, kelmarin.

Hadir sama dalam majlis itu, Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sabah! , Datuk Nordin Siman.

Hakam berkata, sepanjang perjalanannya rata-rata orang ramai ada yang boleh menerima apa maklumat berkaitan kepupusan penyu namun ada juga tidak dapat menerimanya.

Ketika diminta mengulas mengenai perjalanannya, beliau hanya menghafal 'Peta Google' selama sejam ketika di pihak Konsul Indonesia di daerah Tawau pada sebelah malamnya.

Pada keesokkan beliau meneruskan perjalanan dari daerah tawau melalui jalan Kalabakan, Sepulut, Keningau, Tambunan, Penampang dan Kota Kinabalu tanpa sesat dalam perjalannya.

"Saya juga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak Imigresen, Kastam Sabah serta Konsul Indonesia begitu banyak membantu melancarkan perjalanan sehingga sampai ke Kota Kinabalu tanpa ada sebarang masalah tidak diingini berlaku."Jalan Kalabakan menghala ke Kota Kinabalu agak mencabar berikutan banyak bukit-bukau, disamping gangguan daripada lalu lintas, namun ianya tidak mematahkan semangat untuk meneruskan perjalanan ke Kota Kinabalu," katanya.

Beliau menghabiskan kayuan basikal sejauh lebih 350 kilometer untuk sampai ke Kota Kinabalu dengan berhadapan pelbagai rintangan termasuk faktor cuaca panas, hujan serta gangguan lalu lintas kenderaan berat.

Ketika ditanya mengenai persiapan fizikal dan mental serta cara memperoleh dana pengembaraan ini Hakam berkata, beliau menjual baju misi perjalanannya melalui laman facebook bernilai RM30 tanpa ada sebarang bantuan daripada kerajaan Indonesia.

Bagi penginapan pula Hakam akan bermalam di kawasan lapang menggunakan khemah kecil serta makan Mee Segera untuk menjimatkan wang bagi kegunaan ke destinasi seterusnya.

Malangnya beliau sedang bercuti pada ketika itu dan beliau berjanji akan memberikan jawapan sebaiknya tentang fitnah tersebut..

Dan akhirnya jawapan yang aku tunggu telah diterima dengan selamatnya dan dengan ini.. sekali lagi Blogger Pencacai UMNO yang ternama dari Utara Semanjung itu telah kantoi!!

Berikut adalah Kenyataan Media YB Dato' Abdul Malik Kassim menjawab fitnah pencacai UMNO itu..

Perkara membabitkan soal agama lebih-lebih lagi fitnah ! tidak se wajarnya dipolitikkan mana-mana pihak. Ia bukan sahaja perbuatan keji yang boleh mencetuskan api perkauman, malah boleh mendatangkan musibah lebih besar dalam sebuah negara berbilang bangsa dan agama seperti Malaysia.

Menyedari hakikat itu, kerajaan negeri Pakatan Rakyat Pulau Pinang sentiasa melayani keperluan rakyat secara adil tanpa mengira bangsa dan agama.

Keperihatinan ini terbukti apabila kerajaan negeri berjaya menyelesaikan masalah kesesakan tanah perkuburan Islam Jelutong yang membelenggu umat Islam negeri ini sejak 13 tahun.

Dengan peruntukan sebanyak RM20 juta, kerajaan negeri telah berjaya dalam pengambilan tanah untuk tujuan pembesaran tanah kubur tersebut.

Namun ada pihak cuba menafikan kejayaan itu, dengan cuba memutarbelit isu tanah perkuburan Islam Kampung Boundry, Ayer Itam yang kononnya telah diceroboh oleh pemaju untuk projek perumahan.

Golongan berkenaan cuba membangkitkan api kebencian kaum serta agama dan cuba menuding jari kepada kerajan negeri.

Hakikatnya, siasatan pihak berkuasa mendapati tidak ada sebarang pencerobohan atau pelanggaran sempadan tanah perkuburan oleh pemaju. Tembok yang dibina pemaju adalah di atas tapak asal pagar lama sempadan yang wujud sejak sekian lama.

Kerajaan negeri melalui Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam (JHEAIPP), Majlis Agama Islam (MAINPP), Jabatan Mufti, Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang (MPPP) dan beberapa pihak berkuasa telah mengadakan pertemuan dengan pihak Pemaju, Qaryah Masjid, JKKK dan waris pada 21 Disember lalu.

Difahamkan terdapat batu nisan lama telah 'hilang' dipercayai akibat tanah mendap dan ha! kisan.

Terdapat juga batu-batu nisan lama yang diletakkan di tepi pagar sejak bertahun lalu, dipercayai selepas diganti dengan batu-batu nisan baru oleh waris.

Bagaimanapun, seorang waris mendakwa batu nisan keluarganya telah hilang, dan bercadang untuk menyelesaikannya melalui saluran perundangan, meskipun pemaju telah memohon maaf atas kesulitan yang berlaku serta bersedia menanggung tuntutan gantirugi daripada waris.

Dalam masa yang sama kerajaan negeri akan bertindak tegas kepada mana-mana pemaju dan kontraktor yang melanggari syarat pihak berkuasa terutama yang membabitkan kepentingan umat Islam, berkaitan tanah wakaf, kubur atau masjid.

Saya berkeyakinan isu berkenaan boleh diselesaikan secara baik melalui rundingan berhemah tanpa dipengaruhi oleh emosi keterlaluan dan termakan hasutan pihak tertentu yang berniat menangguk di air keruh bagi mensasikan isu tersebut.

Itulah.. orang kata kalau tak tahu, bertanya.. jangan main tulis tak tentu hala.. kan akhirnya dah jadi fitnah..
