JAKARTA: Seramai 600 orang pekerja warga Indonesia di Lahad Datu dipindahkan ekoran pertempuran pasukan keselamatan Malaysia dengan pengikut Sultan Sulu sejak 9 Februari lalu.

"Yang penting tenaga kerja Indonesia (TKI) selamat dulu," kata Menteri Tenaga Kerja Indonesia Muhaimin Iskandar di Jakarta, semalam seperli dilaporkan RMOL.

Mereka bekerja di ladang kelapa sawit milik Felda dipindahkan ke tempat lain yang lebih selamat. Dianggarkan seramai kira-kira 8, 000 pekerja Indonesia bekerja di ladang sawit milik Felda di negeri itu.

Muhaimin mengatakan, pemerintah Indonesia telah mendesak pemerintah Malaysia agar benar-benar memberi perhatian kepada keselamatan TKI di wilayah konflik kerana mereka adalah warga awam yang harus dilindungi.

"Atase Tenaga Kerja dan KJRI di Sabah terus melakukan pemantauan dan pemindahan terhadap 600 orang telah dilakukan secara berperingkat dengan kerjasama Felda iaitu di antaranya di lokasi Sahabat 17, di Semporna dan di Tandau," jelasnya.

Maka semua mata melihat, bagaimana seorang pemimpin politik tidak mempunyai pendirian tegas dalam perjuangan politiknya.

Semasa dilantik menjadi Menteri pelajaran antara 2004-2009 terlalu banyak masalah yang timbul di Kementerian tersebut terutamanya tentang pembinaan makmal komputer untuk sekolah sekolah. Sehingga kini, masalah tentang makmal sekolah masih tidak dapat diselesaikan.

Hishammuddin dilantik sebagai Menteri Dalam Negeri pada Apr 2009 dan sehingga kini mengetu! ai kemen terian itu sehingga kini. Terlalu banyak kontroversi yang timbul kerana Hishammuddin dilihat terlalu banyak mencampuri urusan dalam agensi yang berada dibawah kementeriannya. Secara terbuka Hishammuddin dilihat tidak sebulu dengan Mantan Ketuan Polis Negara, Tan Sri Musa Hassan. Sehingga kini Tan Sri Musa Hassan masih tetap menyatakan bahawa Hishammuddin sebagai menteri Dalam Negeri terlalu banyak mencampuri urusan Polis DiRaja Malaysia.

Menurut Tan Sri Musa Hassan, Menteri yang punyai pengaruh politik tidak sepatutnya mencampuri urusan PDRM. PDRM hanya patut mendapat arahan dari Ketua nya iaitu Ketua Polis Negara. Disebabkan tidak sebulu dan banyak halangan kepada Hishammuddin, Tan Sri Musa Hassan tidak disambung kontraknya sebagai Ketua Polis Negara.

Hishammuddin mungkin bertambah renouned dan dilantik sebagai salah seorang Naib Presiden UMNO, tetapi sebagai Menteri Dalam Negeri beliau telah gagal bertindak tegas. Didalam BERSIH 2.0 kepimpinan beliau hanya mengambil tindakan untuk memberi amaran demi amaran supaya penyokong BERSIH 2.0 tidak meneruskan demonstrasi jalanan. Beliau kelihatan terlalu berlembut dan lembik sehingga ahli politik pembangkang langsung tidak takut kepada PDRM mahupun amaran beliau. Bila BERSIH 2.0 berlaku banyak pihak melihat kegagalan pihak PDRM adalah kerana terlalu mengikut telunjuk Menteri Dalam Negeri dari Kepimpinan Ketua Polis Negara bawah Tan Sri Ismail Bin Omar.

Perkara yang sama berlaku dalam Bersih 3.O. Dan apabila kekecohan berlaku dan pertempuran antara Polis dan pendemonstrasi, ternyata Menteri Dalam Negeri telah gagal untuk bertindak sekali lagi. Ramai melihat bagaimana BERSIH, dan pemimpin pembangkang seperti Azmin Ali dan Anwar Ibrahim yang dengan jelas memprovokasi untuk kekecohan BERSIH 3.0 tetapi Hishammuddin tidak dan gagal bertindak. Anwar melihat ini sebagai satu kelemahan dipihak Hishammuddin dan Anwar telah mencuba taktik yang sama beberapa kali tanpa rasa takut.

Maka tibalah kita dimasa sekarang, diisu Lahad Datu. Selama! 3 mingg u Hishammuddin dilihat berbincang dengan para penceroboh dan penceroboh langsung tidak hormat mahu pun takut kepada pihak berkuasa negara. Ditambah pula kenyataan dari Menteri Dalam Negeri sendiri yang memperlekehkan penceroboh itu sendiri dengan kenyataan :

Kegagalan beliau telah menyebabkan 8 nyawa pegawai polis PDRM telah terkorban dengan tragiknya.

Jelas kepimpinan beliau hanya berlandaskan populariti dimana kenyataan untuk PDRM yang sepatutnya dibuat oleh Ketua Polis Negara, Hishammuddin lebih kedepan. Ramai pihak bertanya siapa sebenarnya Ketua Polis Negara? Ismail Omar atau Hishammuddin Hussien Onn? Hishammuddin juga dilihat tanpa henti hanya memberi amaran demi amaran kepada pelbagai pihak tanpa sendiri mengambil apa apa tindakan untuk membuka jalan penyelesaian.

Moral pihak PDRM adalah amat penting dan dalam keadaan sekarang dengan 8 anggota gugur PDRM ternyata perlukan kepimpinan yang tegas dan berwibawa. Selepas segala episod dan masalah yang dihadapi oleh PDRM, adakah Hishammuddin sebenarnya berwibawa sebagai Menteri Dalam Negeri untuk menjadi pemimpin yang diharapkan tersebut? Jika tidak mampu, sudah tiba masanya PM Najib Razak, fikirkan calon baru untuk jadi menteri di Kementerian Dalam Negeri.

Ada seorang balu kehilangan suami dalam keadaan dia mengandung sebulan, ada anak (berumur) lima hingga enam tahun yang tidak tahu apa, dia beritahu saya bapa kena bom seolah-olah bapa dia akan muncul semula. Inilah kisah-kisah yang menyedihkan saya.

"Tetapi ada juga orang yang tergamak menuduh ini satu sandiwara kerajaan. Saya tak tahu apa saya nak kata kepada manusia seperti ini. Manusia yang tergamak cakap macam itu, takde perasaan dan hati perut, satu perbuatan yang cukup keji. Hisham gagal sebagai Menteri Dalam negeri, ini adalah hakikat! Maaf, walaupun pahit tetapi demi kedaulatan negara memang Hisham tak layak menjaga kementerian dalam negeri! Aku mahu Hisham bertanggungjawab atas kematian 8 anggota polis! Kalau tidak kerana kecuaian dia maka tidak ada nyawa polis yang terkorban.

Oh ya! Aku juga nak mengingatkan anggota polis yang terkorban tu janganlah dinaikkan pangkat sahaja seharusnya mereka dibayar pampasan sepertimana yang arwah Noramfaizul dapat. Mereka terkorban kerana Menteri dan KPN cuai dan tak tahu nak buat keputusan.

Aku juga difahamkan Menteri KDN yang kuat bagi Amaran ni membuat semua keputusan tanpa melalui mesyuarat Kabinet mahupun mesyuarat Majlis Keselamatan Dalam Negeri, jadai dalam isu ini PM tidak boleh disalahkan kerana Menteri KDN membuat keputusan sendiri hingga terkorbannya nyawa anggota polis.

Seharusnya keluarga anggota polis yang terkorban ini dibayar pampasan yang sewajarnya, lagi patut kalau dipotong gaji menteri KDN dan diberi kepada mereka, sebab kalau dia tak fail maka tidak akan terjadi la perkara sebegini. Biar ini menjadi pengajaran buat semua! Power comes with responsibility.

Hadi turut membidas Bahagian Staf Perisikan Pertahanan (BSPP) ATM kerana lalai melaksanakan tugas hingga gagal memberi amaran awal pencerobohan.

"Kita persoalkan unit perisikan tentera. Apakah mereka ambil mudah semua yang berlaku. Mengapa pencerobohan terjadi tanpa dikesan pada peringkat awal?

"Inilah akibat apabila BN memperguna unit perisikan untuk mengekori pemimpin Pakatan. Akhirnya tugas penting mempertahankan negara terabai.

"Saya cabar mereka mengambil tanggungjawab dan segera meletak jawatan," tegasnya.

Selain itu, Hadi kecewa terhadap kepimpinan Najib yang patut mencari jalan penyelesaian, bu! kan menu nding jari ke arah Pakatan Rakyat.

"Beliau cuba mengalih pandangan umum dari krisis ini dengan menyalahkan Pakatan, seolah-olah krisis ini disebabkan oleh Pakatan dan bukan kelemahan pentadbirannya," kata Hadi.
