Kepada soalan pegawai pengendali Manoj Kurup, saksi itu berkata sehingga semalam 3,741 pendatang tanpa izin dari Filipina, Indonesia dan lain-lain warganegara telah ditahan di tiga buah Pusat Tahanan Sementara (PTS) di bawah seliaan Pasukan Petugas Khas itu.
Beliau berkata 1,899 pendatang tanpa izin ditahan di PTS Papar, PTS Sibuga (683) dan 1,159 di PTS Tawau. Suhami juga berkata pasukan itu membelanjakan RM72 juta bagi menjalankan aktiviti di skim-skim penempatan di negeri ini sejak 1990 hingga sekarang.

Saksi ke-32, Sofian Mohamat, yang berbangsa Kadazan pula memberitahu bahawa ada seorang Pakistan memintanya membayar RM1,000 bagi mendapatkan sijil lahir untuk tiga anaknya.
Sofian yang berkahwin dengan warga Islam Filipina yang tidak mempunyai sebarang dokumen pengenalan diri itu berkata, dia membayar wang itu tetapi dia tidak diberikan sijil lahir.
Beliau berkata anaknya tidak mempunyai sijil lahir kerana beliau tidak mendaftarkan perkahwinannya dengan Majlis Agama Islam Sabah, selain iste! rinya ti dak mempunyai sebarang dokumen.
Sementara itu DSP Badaruddin Ismail, bekas pegawai cawangan khas, Bukit Aman yang menemuduga bekas Ketua Pengarah JPN Sabah, Ramli Kamarudin, berkata Ramli memberitahunya motif dia mengeluarkan resit permohonan IC baru dan hilang adalah untuk kepentingan dirinya.
"Menurut pendedahan beliau (Ramli) wang itu untuk dia sendiri, yang saya masih ingat setiap resit yang dikeluarkan beliau, beliau dapat RM250 bagi setiap resit. Motifnya untuk keuntungan diri sendiri untuk dapat duit," katanya.
Badaruddin yang kini bertugas sebagai pegawai turus, di cawangan khas, Ibupejabat Polis Kelantan sejak 2009 berkata jumlah keuntungan yang diperoleh Ramli yang ditahan mengikut Akta Keselamatan Dalam Negeri (ISA) adalah lebih daripada RM 1 juta.

"Muhaimin dihantar oleh kerajaan negeri selepas rampasan kuasa di Perak melalui prosedur yang meragukan kehadiran pegawai ini ke Mesir sedikit sebanyak memberi kesan yang negatif kepada Persatuan Anak-Anak Perak Mesir disana.
"Kini hampir tiga tahun perkhidmatan beliau di Mesir tindakan demi tindakan yang dilakukan oleh pihak beliau kepada persatuan dan mahasiswa Perak sangat mendukacitakan," katanya ketika ditemui selepas menyerahkan momerandum di Pejabat Menteri Besar Perak, Ipoh, dekat sini.
