Ramai warga pendidik yang tidak bersetuju dengan dasar kerajaan tetapi berdiam diri kerana khuatir tindakan yang akan dikenakan ke atas mereka. Kalau tidak silap gua, Prof Madya Datuk Agus Yusof telah beberapa kali menyuarakan pandangan yang telus dan tepat walau perit bagi pihak memerintah menerimanya.
Berapa lama pensyarah ini akan bertahan. Apakah nasib beliau selepas ini. Jika pelajar lawan arus pasti akan kena gantung. Sekarang pensyarah ini pula menongkah arus. Berdasarkan sejarah pe! rkhidmatan awam, setiap penjawat awam yang mengeluarkan kenyataan yang tidak selari dengan kehendak kerajaan akan dikenakan tindakan disiplin atau setidak-tidaknya akan ditukarkan tempat bertugas.

Mengangkat tema 'Syurga Khayalan', pelamin indah menjadi penyeri Dewan Merdeka Pusat Dagangan Dunia Putra (PWTC) pada hari bersejarah pasangan mempelai ini.
Dewan bertambah berseri apabila Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak dan isteri Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor turut hadir meraikan hari bahagia pasangan ini.
Najib yang berpakaian warna sedondon dengan isterinya tiba di dewan tepat pukul 8.40 malam dan diberi penghormatan oleh hadirin.
Suasana dewan bertukar kepada 'mood' romantis tatkala pasangan mempelai melangkah masuk ke dalam dewan sambil diiringi alunan lagu 'Hero' dendangan Mariah Carey....
Tetapi seperti biasa, media alternatif pro-pembangkang begitu cepat spin dan menimbulkan persepsi negatif. Lebih-lebih lagi dengan kehadiran DS Najib Razak dan isteri beliau.
Maka secara kebiasaan mereka akan mengaitkan PM dengan perkahwinan tersebut dari segi sponsorship yang didakwa bernilai jutaan ringgit.
Yang paling kelakar dan tidak masuk akal apabila media pro-pembangkang menceritakan perkara di bawah :
Yang terakhir ini paling menarik pakej bulan m! adu ke H awaii, Amerika Syarikat bernilai lebih RM 1 juta juga!! Wah, untungnya badan. Dahlah lambat kahwin, dapat pakej bulan madu ke Hawai. Khabarnya guna pesawat Korean Airlines, transit dari Incheon ke Honolulu sebab tidak ada penerbangan terus dari Malaysia untuk ke Hawaseterusnyai.MiM sendiri telah menghubungi Ummi Hafilda dan beliau ketawa besar dengan tuduhan yang dilemparkan oleh media pro-pembangkang.
Tidak pernah beliau dan suami untuk 'honeymoon' di Hawaii tetapi pasangan pengantin baru itu merancang untuk 'honeymoon' di negara Eropah. Bagaimana pun, rancangan itu terpaksa ditangguh kerana Ummi komited dengan kerja beliau di negara ini. Perancangannya adalah selepas PRU13.
Ummi Hafilda juga menafikan tuduhan kononnya Najib Razak unite perkahwinan beliau yang bernilai jutaan ringgit.
Kita tentu tidak percaya dengan tuduhan terbaru yang dilemparkan terhadap Ummi. Tambahan pula, suami beliau adalah seorang pakar dermatologist dan sebagai seorang doktor, MiM boleh agak pendapatan bulanan suami Ummi yang boleh mencecah puluhan ribu ringgit.
Maka, tidak ada masaalahnya untuk pasangan tersebut mengadakan ! upacara perkahwinan yang grand.

Isteri Shamsubahrin miliki 6 kereta, elaun bulanan RM10-15 ribu
KUALA LUMPUR: Isteri kepada ahli perniagaan Shamsubahrin Ismail memberitahu Mahkamah Sesyen di sini hari ini bahawa beliau memiliki enam buah kereta termasuk tiga buah kereta baharu yang didaftarkan atas namanya.
Suzana Abdul Aziz, 45, berkata beliau memiliki tiga buah kereta iaitu Perodua Kenari, Naza dan Mercedes yang dibeli sebelum Disember 2011 dan tiga buah kereta lagi dibeli selepas tarikh tersebut.
Beliau berkata suaminya mempunyai dua buah kereta model sama, iaitu Suzuki Swift.
Menurutnya, beliau menerima elaun bulanan antara RM10,000 dan RM15,000 selaku pengarah syarikat Awana Travel dan Tours (M) Sdn Bhd.
Beliau berkata demikian dalam pemeriksaan utama oleh Ketua Unit Pendakwaan Suruhanjaya pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Datuk Abdul Razak Musa, semasa perbicaraan kes Shamsubahrin.
Bagaimanapun, Suzana bersetuju dengan soalan Abdul Razak bahawa beliau tidak memerlukan tiga kereta baharu tersebut memandangkan beliau hanya seorang suri rumah sepenuh masa.
Shamsubahrin menghadapi seventeen pertuduhan melibatkan diri dalam aktiviti penggubahan wang haram membabitkan wang sejumlah RM1.755 juta dan didakwa mengikut Seksyen 4(1)(a) Akta Pencegahan Penguba! han Wang Haram dan Pencegahan Pembiayaan Keganasan 2001.
Dia, yang diwakili peguam Afifuddin Hafifi, turut berdepan lima pertuduhan menipu bekas pengarah Perbadanan Fidlot Nasional (NFC), Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad
Salleh Ismail sebanyak RM1.75 juta.
Ketika menjawab soalan Abdul Razak, Suzana memberitahu suaminya telah memasukkan wang sejumlah RM500,000 ke dalam akaunnya sebanyak tiga kali antara bulan November dan Disember 2011.
"Suami saya telah memasukkan RM50,000, RM200,000 dan RM250,000 melalui tiga keping cek pada 25 Nov, 6 Dis dan 9 Dis,"katanya.
Bagaimanapun, katanya, beliau hanya mengetahui mengenai kemasukan wang tersebut selepas diberitahu oleh suaminya tetapi tidak mengetahui secara terperinci mengenai wang tersebut kerana suaminya sangat sibuk dan tidak ada masa untuk bercakap mengenai perkara itu.
Berdasarkan penyata bank yang dikemukakan, Suzana mengakui bahawa beliau telah melakukan transaksi pengeluaran wang sebanyak 40 kali bermula 25 Novhingga 6 Dis.
Perbicaraan di hadapan Hakim Rozilah Salleh bersambung 5 dan 6 Feb depan.

Cincin Rosmah. Dulu lain, sekarang lain!
Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor mengatakan beliau boleh bersumpah dengan nama Allah beliau tidak pernah memiliki cincin bernilai RM24 juta seperti didakwa pembangkang dua tahun lalu.
Akan tetapi, isteri kepada perdana menteri itu mengakui beliau pernah melihat cincin tersebut dalam majlis ucapan makan malam untuk maestro tentera di Kementerian Pertahanan disini malam tadi.
"Saya berani bersumpah, saya berani bersumpah dengan nama Allah bahawa saya tidak pernah mempunyai cincin tersebut ditangan saya.
"Sebaliknya, cincin tersebut dipamerkan kepada mereka yang mempunyai wang. Saya tidak mempunyai wang, jadi saya hanya meliahat (dan merasakan) ianya benar-benar cantik, itu saja," katanya dalam ucapan yang disiarkan di laman Youtube oleh portal berita KLPos.
Rosmah tidak memberitahu secara spesifik cincin mana yang beliau maksudkan akan tetapi dipercayai beliau merujuj kepada bekas ahli Majlis Pimpinan Tertinggi PKR Badrul Hisham Shaharin pada 2011.Badrul Hisham membuat laporan kepada Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM) memberitahu beliau menerima maklumat cincin beharga RM24,458,400 diterbangkan ke Kuala Lumpur dan Rosmah adalah penerimanya.Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Aziz menjelaskan kemudian walaupun cincin tersebut dibawa masuk ke dalam negara, ianya tidak dijual dan sudahpun dipulangkan kepada syarikat yang memilikinya.Rosmah selepas itu menafikan pertuduhan, meyatakan ianya adalah fitnah tetapi tidak pernah memberitahu sama ada beliau pernah melihat cincin itu sebelum ini.Rosmah turut mengatakan di majlis makan malam tersebut bahawa dirinya sudah menjadi sasaran nombor satu oleh pembangkang walaupun tidak menjadi ahli politik."Saya tahu bulletin pertama mereka adalah untuk menyerang ! Rosmah. Serang Rosmah, bukan orang lain, bukan Najib, tetapi serang Rosmah. Mereka menyerang isteri seseorang. Ini yang mengejutkan saya," katanya.Seorang lelaki didengari menjerit "Kurang ajar!"
"Biarkan, biar mereka kata. Kita serahkan kepada tuhan. Kita serahkan kepada Allah. Jika mereka mahu membuat dosan, kita hanya perlu bersabar.
"Saya harap anda tidak terpengaruh dengan fitnah mereka. Jika ada apa-apa isu, cakap dengan saya," tambahnya.TMI

Pendedahan yang dibuat oleh Utusan Malaysia itu, adalah merupakan pengakuan dari yang empunya badan iaitu Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor yang juga merupakan isteri kepada Perdana Menteri Malaysia sebagai menjawab isu kontroversi berkenaan pembelian sebentuk cincin berlian yang bernilai USD24 Juta (RM73 Juta). Menurut Rosmah cincin tersebut dibeli hasil dari mengamalkan sikap menabung sejak kecil.
Samada masuk akal atau tidak jawapan yang diberi oleh Rosmah itu, terpulang kepada setiap individu masing-masing untuk membuat penilaian. Namun Minda Penulis berpandangan bahawa jawapan tersebut tidak boleh diterima oleh Minda Penulis.
Hasil pengiraan yang Minda Penulis buat berdasarkan usia Rosmah yang sekarang akan memasuki usia 60 tahun pada 10 Disember nanti, sekiranya nilai cincin tersebut adalah RM73 juta bermakna beliau ! perlu un tuk menabung lebih dari RM1,216,666.66 selama setahun. Jika dibahagikan lagi dengan twelve bulan tempoh masa selama setahun, beliau perlu untuk menabung lebih dari RM101,388 sebulan. Dan untuk mendapatkan jumlah tersebut dalam tempoh selama sebulan (purata thirty hari), beliau perlu untuk menabung secara konsisten lebih dari RM3,379.62 (USD 1,111.11) sehari.
Untuk kiraan yang lebih mudah:-
- USD24 Juta @ RM73 Juta / 60 tahun (usia) = USD400,000 @ RM1,216,666.66 setahun
- USD400,000@ RM1,216,666.66(setahun) / twelve bulan = USD33,333 @ RM101,388 sebulan
- USD33,333@ RM101,388(sebulan) / thirty hari (purata sebulan) = USD1,111.11 @ RM3,379.62 sehari
Kiraan tersebut hanyalah berdasarkan nilaian yang perlu ditabung untuk membeli sebentuk cincin berlian sahaja belum lagi termasuk jumlah yang perlu ditabung untuk membeli keperluan yang lain.
Jadi pada pandangan Minda Penulis, jumlah tabungan sebanyak USD1,111,11 @ RM3,379.62 sehari adalah satu jumlah yang tidak masuk akal untuk berjaya diperolehi oleh sesiapa sahaja. Apatah lagi sekiranya seseorang itu yang datangnya dari keluarga berlatar belakangkan keluarga yang biasa. Dan itu adalah pandangan Minda Penulis. Tak tahulah pulak bagaimana dengan pandangan orang lain.
Manakala persoalan samada wujudnya unsur penyelewengan wang rakyat, tak perlu rasanya Minda Penulis beri ulasan panjang kerana itu adalah di bawah bidang kuasa SPRM. Tetapi apa yang pastinya, Minda Penulis yakin dan percaya pihak SPRM tidak akan menjalankan siasatan berhubung isu kontroversi ini walaupun ada laporan dan aduan dibuat.
