Seperti yang pernah dilakukan Anwar Ibrahim pada 1997 dengan mengarahkan polis 'mencuci otak' Umi Hafilda dan Azizan Abu Bakar supaya mereka menarik balik tuduhan liwat ke atas Anwar.

Dan gambaran yang diberikan ialah kemungkinan besar Tengku Mahkota akan campur tangan untuk menghentikan perbuatan fitnah, perbuatan jijik Umno yang tidak sudah-sudah menggunakan alat fitnah untuk menyerang, menyerang dan menyerang, katanya.

Demikian halnya bila Badrul Amin mendakwa dirinya di kepung & di belasah oleh twenty orang gengster pada malam tangkapan khalwat tersebut.

Bagi yang berakal waras tentu saja tahu dakwaan tersebut tidak masuk dek akal kerana amat jarang sekali sesebuah road house membenarkan orang awam menyerbu masuk sesuka hati ke premis mereka, joke begitu logik tersebut tentu sahaja tidak diambil peduli oleh penyokong pembangkang yang mendengarnya.

Lumrah & tabie sikap penyokong pembangkang, bukan logik & kesahihan yang diutamakan tapi cerita & maklumat yang memenuhi naluri pemikiran politik mereka yang kerap dijadikan asas dalam menentukan sesuatu perkara.

Namun mujurlah pihak road house tidak mengambil masa lama menyiasat dakwaan berkenaan, jika tidak tentu saja sekarang ini masih ramai juak-juak PKR & Pas masih menggunakan dakyah tersebut sebagai alasan untuk membela kes khalwat Badrul Amin.

KUANTAN Persoalan mengapa Ketua Penerangan Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Dr. Badrulamin Bahron enggan membuat laporan polis walaupun mendakwa twenty orang membelasahnya ketika ditangkap khalwat di sebuah road house di Pantai Balok di sini kelmarin terjawab apabila siasatan pihak road house itu mendapati dakwaan dia dipukul tidak benar.

Perkara itu disahkan sendiri oleh pengurus keselamatan road house tersebut yang berkata, rakaman sistem kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) road house itu mendapati tidak ada kelibat sekumpulan lelaki seramai twenty orang memasuki road house itu antara pukul 2 hingga 3 pagi Sabtu lalu.

Beliau turut menegaskan, tiada seorang joke pekerja road house yang ternampak begitu ramai lelaki bagaikan samseng memasuki road house dan seterusnya menuju ke bilik penginapan Dr. Badrulamin sebagaimana didakwa.

Menurutnya, road house tersebut mempunyai CCTV di setiap laluan di tangga dan lif, bukannya di laluan menuju ke bilik penginapan.

Namun, rakaman CCTV yang kami lihat kembali mendapati tidak ada rakaman yang membuktikan ada orang masuk beramai-ramai ke road house kami pada waktu tersebut.

Kenyataan bahawa road house ini boleh dimasuki kumpulan samseng sewenang-wenangnya untuk membelasah pelanggan adalah sangat mencemarkan imej road house ini, katanya ketika dihubungi Kosmo! semalam.

Belumpun kes dibicarakan di mahkamah syariah untuk menentukan sah atau tidak berlakunya khalwat, Badrul Amin dahpun berkali-kali gali kubur sendiri dengan penipuan demi penipuan.
