Charging Rafizi gross miscarriage of justice

we feel there is the sum premature birth of justice by charging Rafizi for revealing bank accounts of NFCorp.

In my opinion, Rafizi by revealing the bank accounts of NFCorp has shown which the officers of NFCorp were involved in the vital crime of laundering income belonging to the people.

NFCorp performed the sum of RM250 million from the government, ostensibly to invest in the vital cattle venture.

The company officers led by its authority Datuk Seri Mohamed Salleh misused the income as well as attempted to censor the income in properties in unfamiliar countries. They were intent in income laundering.

Rafizi discovered this as well as reported the income laundering operation to the press, based upon bank accounts in the names of NFCorp officers.

Technically by revealing the tip bank accounts, Rafizi could have transgressed certain bank laws.

But Rafizi was doing critical investigator work because he revealed information which NFCorp was involved in laundering income which belonged to the people. He was doing the job which should have been finished by supervision officers in the Finance ministry.

MACC withdraws interest opposite Rosli Dahlan

Five years ago counsel Rosli Dahlan was flustered when he was arrested as well as handcuffed by the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) during his law firm as well as later charged upon Hari Raya's night before with allegedly not complying with the agency's procedures to declare his assets.

Today, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) decided to repel its interest over his Sessions Court acquittal during the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

APA NI WEI? OBAMA PUN TIRU NAJIB PUNYA SLOGAN KE? MESTI ANWAR HANGIN KAN?

DUNIA tahu, semua orang tahu yang perkhidmatan Presiden Barack Obama sebagai Ketua Negara Amerika Syarikat akan tamat tahun ini dan mengikut perlembagaan Amerika Syarikat, beliau layak untuk bertanding bagi sepenggal lagi.

Tidak hairan kenapa persaingan merebut jawatan tersebut antara Obama dengan calon Republikan, Mitt Romney begitu hebat berlangsung sekarang.

Tapi ada seperkara yang menarik.

Sementara Romney hebat menjaja kelebihannya sebagai calon Presiden di kalangan pelobi yahudi, termasuk mengiktiraf Baitulmuqaddis sebagai ibu negara Israel, Obama pula melancarkan kempen dengan tema Promises Kept atau dalam bahasa Melayunya Janji Ditepati.

Macam pernah dengar tapi dimana?

Begitulah hebatnya aphorism Perdana Menteri Malaysia ini, merangkap Presiden UMNO dan Pengerusi BN, sehinggakan aphorism yang dipilih joke sama, serupa.

Dahsyat tak dahsyat, Anwar ada? Nik Aziz ada?

Ironinya, sementara kempen Obama serupa dengan kempen Najib, kempen Romney pula hampir serupa yang dilancarkan Anwar Ibrahim tapi yang sedikit berbeza ialah Anwar berikrar untuk melindungi keselamatan Israel.

Adakah semua ini terjadi secara kebetulan? Itu adalah antara hujah menarik untuk kita sama-sama debatkan.

Tapi yang lebih menarik lagi ialah, aphorism Obama ini menunjukkan bahawa konsep Janji Ditepati ini diterima pakai di seluruh dunia dan diiktiraf mampu menarik sokongan rakyat. Kalau tidak, macam mana Presiden negara kuasa besar seperti Obama joke menggunakannya?

Jangan kata Obama, Islam joke menganjurkan kepada menepati janji atau masuk dalam golongan munafik.

Yang Pakatan haram beria-ia menafikan itu kenapa? Penulis tak nampak penjelasan lain, melainkan sebab mereka tida! k menuna ikan janji pilihanraya terdahulu, dah sibuk-sibuk nak membuat janji baru.

Itu saja sebabnya. Tak nampak yang lain dah.
