Semuanya bermula apabila PM yang juga Menteri Kewangan mengumumkan Belanjawan 2012 yang cukup menggembirakan rakyat. Saya mendengar kakitangan kerajaan bersembang sesama sendiri mengenai imbuhan-imbuhan yang bakal mereka terima.

Yang pale banyak mereka bercakap ialah bonus akhir tahun ini. Walaupun ia hanya akan dibayar setengah bulan gaji, tapi itu sudah cukup menggembirakan mereka. Bonus akan masuk ke dalam gaji mereka akhir Disember ini.

Ada pihak yang berkata sebelum pilihan raya umum diadakan biarlah kakitangan kerajaan dan rakyat merasa dulu sebulan dua hasil belanjawan yang diumumkan itu.

Imbuhan-imbuhan lain yang diumumkan dalam belanjawan hanya akan berkuat kuasa mulai Januari 2012.

Namun, yang penting sekarang ialah timing yang sesuai untuk membubarkan Parlimen. Setiap masa ialah amat kritikal sekarang. Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad merasakan masa sekarang tidak sesuai untuk diadakan pilihan raya.

Menurut beliau "suasana politik semasa" tidak mengizinkan ia diadakan. Beliau menyarankan apa salahnya dilonjakkan ke akhir mandat kerajaan sehingga Apr 2013.

April 2013? Betul juga, ini akan membolehkan banyak masa digunakan untuk mengatur strategi bagi menawan hati nurani rakyat. Malah tempoh itu joke boleh digunakan untuk memperbaiki kelemahan dalaman parti.

Tapi ada yang berkata timing sekarang sudah cukup cantik. Belanjawan yang cukup menggembirakan sudah diumumkan, jika ditarik ke tahun 2013 maka satu lagi belanjawan yang sama harus dibentangkan.

Namun dari segi strategik, masa sekarang adalah amat sesuai seka! li. Pemb angkang joke nampaknya banyak yang buat silap. PASlah yang pale banyak sekali buat silap dalam perancangan kempennya. Isu komunis oleh Mat Sabu cukup mengazabkan parti itu untuk menepis.

Isu hudud yang dibawa oleh Nik Aziz joke cukup menyiksakan parti itu untuk berhadapan dengan rakan pakatan DAP. Namun kita berharap Nik Aziz tidak berganjak dengan prinsipnya selaku MB Kelantan lebih twenty-one tahun itu.

Kita menggalakkan Nik Aziz mengotakan janjinya untuk melaksanakan hukum itu di Kelantan dulu. Kemudian, diikuti di Pulau Pinang dan Selangor.

Kita nak lihat hukuman rotan dilaksanakan di khalayak ramai di hadapan Masjid Muhammadi di Kota Bharu. Kita berharap Kelantan dapat mengatasi negara-negara Arab lain dalam melaksanakan undang-undang syariah itu dulu.

Kita amat berharap Nik Aziz tidak bercakap politik lagi. Sudah terlalu lama Nik Aziz bercakap mengenai hukum hudud yang isunya hanya timbul setiap kali menjelang ketibaan pilihan raya.

Faktor Anwar Bin Ibrahim pula, pihak pakatan pembangkang sendiri joke sudah muak dengan beliau. Tidak habis-habis cerita mengenai Anwar yang menyusahkan semua pihak dalam pakatan pembangkang itu. Kini kedengaran daripada kalangan Pemuda Pas sendiri, ''lupakanlah mengenai Anwar''.

Kisah video Anwar, difahamkan akan keluar lagi sedikit demi sedikit dan dikatakan lebih hangat!

Sesungguhnya Anwar sekarang ialah liabiliti atau biawak hidup kepada kalangan pakatan itu. Namun bagi DAP pula, mereka masih lagi melihat Anwar sebagai elemen penyatuan dalam pakatan itu. Tanpa Anwar pakatan pembangkang akan hancur.

DAP masih mahu 'menggunakan' Anwar melalui peguam Karpal Singh sekurang-kurang sehingga pilihan raya ini. Setakat ini Karpal berjaya melengah-lengahkan perbicaraan anak guamnya itu sehingga hampir dengan pilihan raya. Sama ada kes Anwar menang atau kalah, mereka akan tetap mempolitikkannya.

Secara strategik, DAP juga difahamkan sedang mempromosi calon-calon baru yang dikatakan boleh menang untuk pilihan raya! umum ke lak. Ada juga akhbar arus perdana secara sedar atau tidak turut membantu mempromosikan personaliti-personaliti itu sebagai aktivis anak yatim, wanita, mangsa rogol, alam sekitar dan haiwan. Mereka ini dikatakan bakal menjadi calon pakatan pembangkang.

Di pihak BN pula, ada yang melihat masih banyak yang perlu dibuat. Sikap para pemimpin bawahan, pertengahan dan atasan yang tidak betul harus diperbetulkan. Mereka sepatutnya mengambil iktibar daripada PRU 12. Analisis renouned selepas pilihan raya umum lalu ialah rakyat muak dengan sikap buruk yang ditunjukkan oleh segelintir pemimpin BN.

Diharapkan ia sudah tidak berlaku sekarang dan mereka sudah sedar. Tapi sudah sedarkah mereka?

Sebaliknya daripada analisis terkini mendapati pula rakyat semakin muak dengan kerajaan pakatan pembangkang, terutamanya yang memerintah Selangor dan Pulau Pinang. Walaupun Pulau Pinang sukar untuk dimenangi atas faktor sentimen kaum, tapi di Selangor rakyat sudah mahukan perubahan.

Antara teorinya ialah: Walaupun rakyat masih membenci calon-calon lama BN yang akan bertanding sekali lagi dalam PRU thirteen ini, mereka sudah tiada pilihan. Mereka mahu kembali kepada Kerajaan Pusat. Kali ini mereka akan mengundi untuk Kerajaan Pusat dan bukan calon (jika calon BN itu masih muka yang tidak disukai).

Mereka melihat kerajaan yang ada sekarang, contohnya Selangor lebih teruk dan lebih rakus lagi daripada kerajaan terdahulu.

Begitu juga di Kelantan, saya tidak pasti sama ada tempoh twenty-one tahun di bawah Pas sudah cukup untuk orang Kelantan. Atau mereka sudah sepakat mahu kalih dan memberi mandat kepada anak emas negeri itu, Mustapa Mohamed (Dato' Pa) sebagai Menteri Besar akan datang?

Buat pertama kalinya, saya difahamkan, Umno Kelantan sudah sepakat. Mereka bersetuju berdiri 100 peratus di belakang Dato' Pa sebagai MB selepas Nik Aziz.

Isu air yang gagal diselesaikan PAS cukup merimaskan rakyat Kelantan, sementara BN pula menjanjikan akan mengambil masa lima tahun sahaja untu! k menyel esaikan isu infrastruktur asas manusia itu.

Biarlah orang Kelantan membuat keputusan untuk menentukan hala tuju negeri Cik Siti Wan Kembang itu.

Kedah pula hanya akan menang jika semua para pemimpin Umno berpakat. Jangan jadi seperti Kelantan. Selepas jatuh pada pilihan raya 1990, Umno Kelantan yakin boleh mendapatkan balik negeri itu, tapi ternyata meleset sehingga selepas twenty-one tahun!

Umno Kelantan gagal selama ini kerana berpecah sesama sendiri. Oleh itu pengajaran bagi UMNO/BN Kedah dan di mana-mana negeri sekali pun, sesiapa yang merasa perlu berundur dan memberi laluan kepada muka baru yang lebih segar, silalah turun.

Kita masih dengar ada yang tidak lancar dalam Umno Kedah, Perlis dan Terengganu. Kita berharap Najib dapat menyelesaikan masalah itu segera.

Perak perlu diperteguhkan segera, dan Negeri Sembilan yang hanya dipisahkan dengan empat kerusi juga perlu diperkasa. Kerusi-kerusi bandar di Johor juga perlu dipertahankan.

Berbalik kepada bila pilihan raya akan diadakan, ada yang meramalkan Disember ini dan yang pale renouned ialah Mac tahun depan. Namun satu ramalan pale ekstrem ialah pilihan raya akan berlaku seawal bulan depan, November.

Namun, kita bukan PM. Hanya PM sahaja yang mempunyai 'ilham' bila beliau akan memanggil PRU thirteen itu. Tapi yang pasti rakyat sudah tidak sabar untuk menunaikan tanggungjawab mereka. Setiap undi, untuk PRU thirteen kali ini amat-amat bernilai. Utusan Malaysia
