Saya difahamkan, mendiang ini bersekolah di Sekolah Menengah Perempuan, Likas, boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Inggeris dalam tingkatan 4 dan pernah pergi ke Scotland bersama keluarga angkatnya.

Mendiang baru saja bersama keluarganya di Kampung sepanjang cuti sekolah ini. Kini Norikoh sudah pergi dan tidak akan kembali lagi untuk selama-lamanya.

Semoga roh Norikoh berada tenang disana dan berharap agar keluarga mendiang tabah menghadapi semua dugaan dalam kehidupan ini. Amin...

Katanya, antara syarat yang dikenakan Syabas ialah memerlukan persetujuan 100 peratus dari pemilik ia termasuk membuat permohonan baru melalui borang SMP(borang kebenaran tukar meter) bagi setiap individu dan menyediakan RM130 setiap rumah untuk membayar deposit scale air.

Selain itu, penduduk juga dikenakan syarat membayar jumlah keseluruhan bil tunggakan dan segala kos pembaikan paip serta pengubahsuaian scale ditanggung pemilik.

"Syarat yang ditetapkan itu sangat menyusahkan. Sewajarny! a mereka (Syabas) faham, untuk melaksanakan semua syarat itu bukan mudah, banyak masalah yang dihadapi oleh penduduk dan JMB sendiri.

"Pengalaman saya dalam menguruskan permohonan itu memakan masa setahun baru ia selesai itu selepas ditolak beberapa kali oleh Syabas sehinggakan saya terpaksa ke Ibu Pejabat Syabas untuk berusaha mendapatkan air percuma," katanya kepada TV Selangor ketika ditemui.

Menceritakan lanjut, Ahmad berkata JMB pangsapurinya terpaksa mengeluarkan wang tabung pengurusan itu sebanyak RM15,000 untuk didahulukan bagi membayar bil tunggakan.

Katanya, tidak cukup dengan itu, beliau terpaksa mencari pemilik sebenarnya setiap section rumah untuk mendapatkan persetujuan daripada mereka.

"Saya hantar sendiri notis kepada sebanyak 450 section rumah untuk mendapatkan maklum balas daripada mereka, banyak masalah yang saya hadapi. Itu pun pada mulanya, hanya setengah sahaja yang berjaya saya cari, tetapi akhirnya saya berjaya mengumpulkan semuanya selepas beberapa langkah susulan diambil," katanya.

Selain itu, jelasnya, penduduk terpaksa membayar RM45 bagi setiap section rumah untuk mengubahsuai scale mereka manakala JMB mengeluarkan sebanyak RM5,000 untuk membaiki meter.

"Jika dihitung, kos mengubahsuai scale yang ditukar 450 section rumah itu menelan belanja yang besar iaitu sebanyak RM20,200. Itu kita lakukan sendiri, jika kita memanggil pihak kontraktor sudah tentu harganya dua kali ganda," katanya.

Sehubungan itu, katanya, disebabkan syarat yang dikenakan Syabas itu menyebabkan penduduk pangsapuri lain lambat menikmati pemberian air percuma 20 scale padu itu selain mereka tidak mendapat kerjasama dari penduduk sendiri.

Kadang-kadang kami terfikir sendirian, SPRM sedar atau tidak tidak pelbagai laporan yang keluar mengenai Ketua Menteri Sarawak ini, Tan Sri Taib Mahmud dan kerabat keluarganya yang sering diusahakan kalangan rakyat Sarawak sendiri dan juga melalui laporan berita Sarawak Report selama ini?

Adakah dalam satu kolam yang besar seluas negari yang dinamakanSarawak ini, yang terdapat ikan kecil dan juga ikan jerung yang sudah "dijangkiti kuman dan penyakit", malangnya hanya kebanyakan ikan kecil sahaja yang mendapat perhatian & ditangkap untuk siasatan SPRM, bagaimana pula jerung-jerung yang berskala besar ini?

Bukan kami minta untuk mengatakan kalangan mereka-mereka ini bersalah atau tidak, kerana yang menentukannya hanya mahkamah, tetapi siasatlah. Tetapi kalau siasatan pun seperti hidup segan mati tidak mahu, bagaimana? Terlalu jelas menampakkanperbezaan siasatan di antara ikan jerung dan ikan bilis. Ini yang rakyat perhatikan sebenarnya. Untuk pemimpin lain di Semenanjung Malaysia kami masih boleh "tahan" lagi, tetapi untuk apa yang berlaku di Sarawa! k sekara ng. Kami sama sekali tidak boleh terima. Minta sekali lagi perhatian daripada pihak SPRM.
