31 OKT Hasrat Kongres Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Di Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (Cuepacs) yang mewakili 1.3 juta penjawat awam mahu melakukan protes senyap mendapat sokongan banyak pihak. Ini termasuk Kongres Kesatuan Sekerja Malaysia (MTUC) yang mewakili pekerja sektor swasta serta Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia (Perkasa).

Reaksi Menteri Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan, Ismail Sabri Yaakob pula ialah rakyat boleh memboikot barangan tertentu yang dinaikkan pada harga tidak munasabah bagi menangani sikap peniaga yang tidak bertanggungjawab serta ingin meraih keuntungan berlipat ganda. Menurut Ismail Sabri, pengguna boleh mencontohi sikap rakyat di negara maju yang bijak menggunakan hak mereka bagi memprotes kenaikan harga sesuatu barangan walaupun tidak ada penguat kuasa. Pengguna yang mengawal dan menentukan kenaikan harga barangan. Memang benar kata Ismail Sabri, rakyat tidak boleh mengharapkan kerajaan semata-mata untuk melindungi hak mereka, tetapi perlu bijak menggunakan hak mereka agar peniaga tidak berani mengambil kesempatan menaikkan harga barangan sewenang-wenangnya.
Apakah pengguna di Malaysia bersedia atau sanggup menggunakan hak mereka? Adakah semudah tidak membeli, tidak makan atau tidak menonton jika harga yang ditawarkan mahal atau keterlaluan? Biasanya jika sudah teringin sama ada mahu makan, memakai dan menonton, soal harga diketepikan seketika. Lebih-lebih lagi bagi peminat bola sepak. Malam kelmarin, 70,000 penonton memenuhi Stadium Shah Alam bagi menyaksikan last Piala Malaysia antara Terengganu menentang Negeri Sembilan walaupun sebelum itu timbul bantahan mengenai harga tiket RM50. FAM pula tidak kisah kalau peminat nak memulaukan last itu jika harga tiket yang menjadi masalah kepada peminat. Akhirnya, Persatuan Bola Sepak Negeri Sembilan memberi diskaun RM20 manakala Terengganu pula memberi potongan 50 peratu! s. Itu s oal menonton. Dulu timbul hasrat Astro menyelaraskan bayaran langganan tetapi mendapat bantahan. Tetapi apabila Astro memperkenalkan pakej yang menarik, ramai pula yang melanggan. Menonton sudah menjadi keperluan. Bagaimana pula dengan barangan keperluan atau makanan? Apakah kaedah yang akan digunakan bagi "memaksa" peniaga tidak menaikkan harga sesuka hati? Presiden Cuepacs, Omar Osman menyarankan supaya penjawat awam mengurangkan kekerapan ke pasar selain mencari alternatif yang lebih murah bagi membantah tindakan peniaga menaikkan harga barangan tanpa sebab munasabah. Ketika ini harga ayam melonjak disebabkan bekalan yang tidak normal. Kenapa bekalan menjadi masalah? Mungkin Kementerian Pertanian dan Industri Asas Tani ada jawapannya. Tidak lama dulu kita pernah mendengar anak ayam dibakar atau dibuang kerana terlebih bekalan. Nampaknya ada masalah apabila bekalan berlebihan atau berkurangan. Semuanya serba salah.
Bagi pihak kerajaan pula, kita menghargai usaha kementerian mengambil pelbagai langkah bagi membantu rakyat mendapatkan harga berpatutan. Jika dulu ada Kedai Harga Patut kini ada Kedai Rakyat 1 Malaysia (KR1M). Walaupun jumlahnya belum begitu banyak tetapi pengenalan kedai ini sekurang-kurangnya dapat membantu pengguna di kawasan bandar yang begitu terasa dengan harga barangan keperluan harian mereka. Apa yang diharapkan, harga dan kualiti yang ditawarkan di- KR1M ini akan terus dipantau supaya matlamatnya tidak terjejas. Langkah ini juga dilakukan oleh beberapa pasar raya besar dengan membungkus sendiri barang-barang tertentu dengan harga yang lebih rendah berbanding barangan berjenama.
Baru-baru ini, satu lagi langkah diambil oleh Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan bagi membantu rakyat. Coop 1 Malaysia atau Coop1M melibatkan 500 koperasi seluruh negara menawarkan harga 24 jenis barang keperluan pada harga lebih rendah dan pada masa yang sama! kualiti nya juga setanding dengan produk berjenama. Khabarnya harga yang ditawarkan adalah 30 hingga 40 peratus lebih rendah daripada harga produk berjenama. Menjelang 2012 sebanyak 150 jenis barang termasuk barangan penjagaan diri akan dimasukkan dalam senarai Coop1M ini.
Apa yang diharapkan KR1M dan Coop1M ini dapat membantu rakyat yang mahu berjimat atau mengurangkan belanja harian. Tidak kurang juga pengguna yang tidak peduli dengan harga barangan apabila mereka keluar membeli-belah. Samalah juga apabila mereka berada di restoran atau kedai makan. Walaupun ada pilihan mendapat harga yang murah dan berpatutan, tetapi kebanyakannya "malas" untuk "berkira" dengan harga ini apabila memilih makanan.
Mereka sanggup bayar lebih untuk melayani selera makan.
Dalam hal ini juga, kerajaan memperkenalkan gerai makanan yang berpatutan. Menurut Ismail Sabri terdapat 1,050 gerai makanan Menu 1 Malaysia di seluruh negara. Jumlah ini melebihi sasaran 1,000 section sehingga akhir tahun ini. Malangnya ada juga pihak yang mempertikaikan kehadiran Menu 1 Malaysia ini yang menawarkan sarapan RM2 dan makan tengah hari RM4. Mereka sanggup mencari "silap" seolah-olah mahu memperkecilkan kedai seumpama ini.
Menu 1 Malaysia ini sebenarnya mampu dilakukan oleh semua pihak yang mengendalikan restoran atau kedai makan. Cuma bezanya keuntungan yang diperoleh. Rasanya lebih kurang sama sahaja dengan gerai di luar. Bagaimanapun mereka ini sudah "terbiasa" dengan harga itu kerana memikirkan prestij atau kedudukan kedai makan/restoran berkenaan.
!Sebal iknya, mereka ini akan merungut apabila minum dan makan di gerai tepi jalan atau restoran mamak. Mulalah mereka merungut mengenai harga yang dianggap tinggi. Mereka tidak mampu menerima harga teh tarik RM2, kuih RM1.20, nasi lemak bungkus RM2, mi kari RM7. Kedudukan atau standard memisahkan harga makanan dan minuman ini.
Tetapi bagaimana jika mereka yang menjual makanan dan minuman ini turut menumpang harga berpatutan di KR1M atau Coop1M? Atau mereka sebenarnya mendapat harga borong yang lebih rendah berbanding harga pasaran? Utusan Malaysia

Pang Chow Tidak Akan Tinggalkan PAS

Hanya kerana ada usaha di dalam PAS untuk melaksanakan Hudud. Hu Pang Chow mempunyai puluhan alasan untuk benar-benar tinggalkan PAS dan tidak semestinya dia perlu tinggalkan PAS hanya kerana Hudud.
Setelah beberapa minggu mendiamkan diri dan hanya menyiarkan posting-posting yang dipetik dari pihak ke tiga, hari ini saya merasa masanya sudah empuk untuk saya menulis tentang pendapat saya sendiri.
Berbalik kepada kontroversi yang melanda Pengerusi Dewan Himpunan Penyokong PAS, Sdr Hu Pang Chow baru-baru ini berhubung kemungkinan dia meninggalkan Parti Islam itu kerana isu hukum hudud, saya yakin dengan penafian Pang Chow. Sebelum ini Pang Chow telah melahirkan banyak kekecewaannya terhadap PAS Kelantan terutamanya di dalam banyak isu. Bagaimanapun, disebabkan isu tersebut tidak memanfaatkan pembangkang di Kelantan umumnya, maka pendirian Pang Chow tidak mendapat liputan meluas. Antara kekecewaan Pang Chow ialah kegagalan Kerajaan PAS Kelantan yang telah memerintah negeri tersebut sekian lama menjalankan reformasi di dalam enakmen-enakmen negeri yang berhubung dengan urusan tanah. Tiada siapa dapat menafikan peranan Pang Chow di dalam membawa masuk pelabur dari luar Kelantan dan dari kalangan usahawan Tiong Hua untuk membantu membangunkan Kelantan. Namun kerenah birokrasi dan enakmen-enakmen tertentu yang lapuk dan firm membuatkan ramai pelabur tidak selesa atau berhadapan dengan masalah di pertengahan jalan.
Ini adalah diantara sebab yang mengeruhkan hubungan Hu Pang Chow dengan Dato' Anuar Tan, Ahli Majlis Kerajaan Negeri dan wakil rakyat yang memikul mandat rasmi masyarakat cina di Kelantan. Sehingga pada suatu ketika, ada ura-ura mengatakan Hu Pang Chow bersedia untuk berdepan dengan Anuar Tan di dal! am mana- mana medan politik termasuk meminta Anuar Tan memberi laluan kepadanya di dalam pilihanraya umum akan datang.
Pang Chow sendiri didakwa pernah diumpan dengan perlantikan sebagai senator oleh sebuah parti politik yang mewakili masyarakat cina tetapi menolak kerana perjuangannya memartabatkan keadilan dan kesaksamaan bukan boleh digalas ganti oleh mana-mana habuan dan jawatan. Maka mengapa perlu Pang Chow tinggalkan PAS dan sebuah badan yang diasaskannya semata-mata kerana isu hudud?
Isu hudud sebenarnya satu barah membahayakan PAS, DAP dan Pakatan Rakyat. Keikhlasan PAS melaksanakan hukum hudud sentiasa menjadi persoalan kerana Nik Aziz sendiri sering mencari alasan untuk tidak melaksanakannya daripada menjadi hukuman hudud satu kenyataan di Kelantan. Sejak enakmen Kerajaan Negeri dipinda pada tahun 1993 untuk melaksanakan hudud, Nik Aziz lebih suka berdebat mengenai isu halangan-halangan yang diberi atau lebih jelas, bakal diberi kepada kerajaannya di dalam melaksanakan hudud. Yang peliknya, sikit sekali pula usaha disusun dan digembeleing kearah usana membolehkan hudud dilaksanakan. Mengapa?
Tentu sekali Pang Chow lebih selesa dengan taktik PAS sebelum ini. Dan mungkin juga Pang Chow adalah sebahagian daripada taktik dan strategi tersebut. Tidak mustahil penentangan pengerusi Dewan Himpunan Penyokong PAS adalah bagi membuka jalan keluar kepada Nik Aziz supaya hudud boleh lagi digunakan sekadar sebagai isu politik bagi PAS di setiap pilihanraya umum yang akan menjelang, Apapun pendirian Pang Chow, kita perlu yakin diatas keikhlasannya mencintai PAS. Tidak perlulah ada pihak di dalam PAS yang perlu mencurigainya.

Saya mendapat komen yang panjang lebar dari sahabat blog saya, Encik Walla. Oleh kerana saya inginkan memanafaat fikiran bernas yang ada dalam komen tersebut untuk di kongsi oleh seramai mungkin pembaca, maka saya menterjemahkan komen tersebut kedalam bahasa Melayu. Mudah mudahan, selaras dengan saranan dan pegangan MP Pagoh, ianya memperkasakan bahasa Melayu.

Pendedahan yang memualkan oleh lapuran ketua odit negara( LKON) membatalkan semua rasa gembira dari bajet 2012. Malahan, pendedahan tersebut telah mengukuhkan lagi persepsi bahawa kerajaan yang di pimpin oleh UMNO secara sistematik membohong dan menipu rakyat setiap tahun hanya untuk memperkayakan imam2 perang UMNO dan Napoleon2 kecil.
Pengundi2 simpanan tetap- penjawat awam, guru, bekas tentera dan polis serta petani yang akan mendapat faedah dari bajet 2012, menikmati itu semua diatas penghukuman yang di kenakan keatas sektor swasta dan akan memudaratkan aliran tunai masa depan negara ini. Semua mereka ini yang akan menerima imbuhan jawab lah sendiri sama ada bolehkah mereka mendapat durian runtuh itu semua, tanpa r! ompakan dan samun yang berleluasa yang tidak di bendung?
Dimana mereka dapat menunjukkan muka ketika mereka menadah tangan menerima imbuhan yang disebut dalam bajet 2012? Bagaimana rupa wajah sang guru wanita ketika dia mendapat gaji baru sambil menyatakan bahawa harap harap gaji bertambah tidak bermakna kerja pun bertambah?
Sektor swasta yang menyumbang jumlah cukai untuk membiayai pembelian kerajaan sekarang akan berfikir dua kali sama ada mereka mahu tulus terus membayar cukai kepada kerjaan yang hanya pandai memutar belit, cuai, mencuri dan bercakap soal perkauman yang ekstrim.
Mat Salleh yang menjadi pakar runding pembentukan imej PM Najib akan mendapati tangan nya terlalu penuh. Bagaimana dia mahu menunjukkan bahawa Najib ok manakala sekeliling Najib kucar kacir? Pinjam tongkat sakti Hermione? ( Hermione ialah watak budak perempuan yang bersama dengan Harry Potter). Memakai minyak pati SK-11? Atau suntikkan botox keatas pentadbiran Najib?
Sejak awal lagi, rakyat di beritau dengan tegas bahawa kita akan menjadi sebuah negara kaya dunia pertama; sebutan yang menyukakan seperti transformasi, kerajaan yang mengambil berat dan perihatin, 1 Malaysia, dan sebutan2 rengkas Pemandu tumbuh seperti buih untuk menggambarkan aura kemajuan dan kejayaan. Tapi sebenarnya, di belakang tabir, mereka membohongi rakyat yang di janjipalsukan dengan masa depan yang bersyuragaloka di bawah pimpinan UMNO.
Dari proksi perniagaan dalam GLC GLC kepada pemalsuan harga yang menjahanamkan, UMNO telah menipu dan mencuri dari rakyat negara ini dan melemahkan semua sektor2 ekonomi kita.

Sejajar sangat dengan tradisi lanun bugis dari Sulawesi, semua nya di halalkan asal sahaja status quo yang menyokong penyandang kerajaan di pelihara; dan mereka yang mempunyai kuasa dan kedudukan berada di atas undang undang dan peraturan. Undang undang dan peraturan hanya untuk rakyat bawahan dan orang biasa yang akan di momokkan dengan pelbagai cerita seram supaya memastikan yang berkuasa terus berada di tampuk kuasa.
Jika tidak, bagaimana kita menerangkan Dr Mahathir di kebalkan dengan selimut Teflon yang kalis peluru manakala professor Aziz Bari h! anya per lu di takutkan dengan sebutir peluru? Walhal, cacian keatas raja Melayu yang di lakukan oleh Dr Mahathir dahulu lebih dasyat dari yang termampu di buat melalui teguran seorang tokoh akademik. Pecacai UMNO yang mengencing para raja Melayu hari ini tampi! l kehada vessel konon menjuarai kemaksuman raja raja Melayu. Podah lah!
Sila beri kita jawapan bagaimana Piawai Ilahi boleh di peliharai apabila prinsip prinsip keadilan semua nya di korbankan untuk tujuan muslihat politik, kerakusan peribadi yang akhirnya mendedahkan hipokrasi dan permunafiqan bangsa Melayu untuk di perlihatkan kepada seluruh dunia. Dimanakan harga diri orang melayu? Malu orang Melayu menggelarkan diri mereka Melayu jika berpegang kepada hipokrasi UMNO ini.
Untuk apa semua hipokrasi ini?
Untuk mendapat bayaran swell pertama dari pembinaan hospital yang mengenakan caj RM 1 juta per katil?
Atau untuk mendapat pandangan dari seoang jaguh longkang yang berani memukul seorang insan lain yang tidak boleh mempertahankan diri sehingga lebam seluruh anggota dan mengorbankan hak seorang manusia lema! h mendap at perlindungan dari yang berkuasa dan gagah walaupun yang mengharapkan ehsan itu lain bangsa dan agama nya?
Sesungguhnya, bangsa Melayu kita sudah di beri makan dengan rerumput kebodohan oleh pimpinan zalim di negara kita.
Bayangkan-lapuran ketua odit negara utu hanya bahagian atas gunung salji sahaja. Ini yang termampu di kesan oleh pasukan odit negara dari maklumat yang ada dalam rekod dalam tempoh odit yang terhad ketika sentiasa dalam pemerhatian pegawai pegawai yang bermuka masam dan kemarahan.
Bagaimana pula hal hal yang mencurigakan yang hanya mampu di sahihkan dan di terangkan oleh kemahiran perakaunan dan rekod simpanan akaun yang belum sofistikated? Kita tidak boleh terangkan kecuali menyatakan, kita b! elum cuk up ilmu untuk menerangkan nya. Jika sektor swasta boleh mempunyai perkara perkara seperti pasaran bayangan, tidak mungkinkah sektor awam juga mempunyai perbelanjaan bayangan?
Bagaimana kah rakyat yang siuman akan mempercayai kerajaan ini walaupun sesaat.
Maka disini lah letak nya jawapan mengapa kita semua mesti bising apabila lapuran odit negara di kemukakan- sebab amanah rakyat sudah di cabul. Apabila amanah, keyakinan dan kepercayaan sudah di cabul, tidak ada harapan lagi un! tuk kita mengharapkan kerajaan ini akan melakukan yang baik dan ikhlas. Setiap waktu dan saat adalah satu lagi lembaran muka perlakuan jinayah yang akan hanya di inform dalam lapuran odit tahun hadapan.
Sebab itu lah sebagai contoh, walaupun berada sendiri dalam majlis tersebut, MP dari Bagan Datuk tidak boleh membezakan antara harga pasaran dan harga yang di bayar kepada kontraktor kroni UMNO. Perbezaan ini YB, bukan nya RM 6 tapi Enam Bilion Ringgit. Itu RM 6,000, 000,000. Enam Ribu Juta ringgit. Tentu YB fahamkan.
Bayangkan berapa banyak paket angpow hijau atau merah yang boleh terhitung oleh seribu jebat si anak tani yang membanting tulang dalam kerjaya masing2? Dan seorang bekas Komrad perjuangan rakyat menyifatkan inilah bajet yang terbaik kerana memuliakan para petani dan pesawah. Bersyukurlah kerana saudara komrad sudah terjumpa jalan pulang.
Adakah jumlah wang yang begitu besar akan mengalami nasib serupa seperti dalam projek2 kementeian pertahanan yang melibatkan antara nya, kapal selam yang tidak boleh tenggelam, kapal peronda yang terkinja kinja, tangki yang bocor, dan module latihan yang melibatkan alatan letrik di tempat yang tidak ada bekalan letrik yang hampir pula dengan ampangan yang dibina beratus juta Ringit yang tidak ada air! Hampir2 saya ingatkan yang jadi menteri Pertahanan ialah Samy Velu.
Pada masa yang sama, elok kita bertanyakan soalan, ketika lidah kita masih belum kelu, mengapa wang simpanan EPF rakyat di jadikan ah prolonged dan ceti yang membiayai syarikat2 tenat?
Adakah dengan memberi pinjaman2 raksasa kepada syarikat syarikat tertentu, tanpa jaminan bayaran semula dan di luar penglihatan pemegang saham dana ini yang sebenarnya- iaitu lebai malang rakyat biasa- adakah kerajaan berkata bahawa mereka telah mejumpai zikir atau jampi yang akan menghindari pencarum2 EPF dari malapetakan kerugian yang mengerikan?
Kalau lah pinjaman itu semua gagal di bayar, adakah kerajaan akan mengambil langkah mencitak matawang dari kilang percitakan matawang mereka di Shah Alam untuk menampung kekurangan dana caruman , atau sebagai langkah untuk menyokong gerakan hijau mengurangkan penebangan pokok untuk membuat kertas citak, kerajaan akan menggalakkan pencarum2 yang pencen supaya mati segera?
Atau adakah, dengan segala pembohongan ini, sebetulnya rakyat mampu menyimpulkan sikap sebenarnya kerajaan terhadap rakyat dengan satu sebutan? Iaitu:-

Sekarang ini hampaknya, 100 percent belanja nya akan di sabsidikan oleh kerajaan dengan wang rakyat dan melalui pegambilan semula tanah terpilih dengan cara sama yang di pakai bila kerajaan mahu membina bangunan Matrade, iaitu satu lagi projek kroni Barisan Nasional!
Inilah cara nya bagaimana projek2 besar dalam negara ini di mulakan. Semua projek ini tidak akan di bina secara sempurna atau mengiku! t custom ary yang telah di persetujui. Yang menepati piawai dan customary 100% ialah memastika! n pelabu ran dan perbelanjaan kerajaan itu di salurkan kepada akaun makhluk halus yang bersembunyi di belakang tabir yang menghantar anak2 mereka ke sekolah antarabangsa yang terlalu tinggi kos nya untuk anak anak kita semua.

Ropein garbage garbage bin Hasan (Ketua Penolong Pengarah Pembangunan masyarakat) dan beberapa kakitangan di jabatan Pembangunan Islam MPKB-BRI.
Operasi bersepadu yang telah dilaksanakan bagi mencegah kegiatan maksiat dan pelacuran di kawasan Perumahan terutamanya di limau Manis yang merupakan kegiatan yang selalu diambil tindakan oleh pihak berwajib. Antara jabatan yang sentiasa mengadakan operasi di kawasan ini iaitu pihak Polis D7, JAHEAIK, MPKB-BRI dan IMIGRESEN.
Walaubagaimanapun kegiatan ini tidak dapat dibendung secara sum kerana kebanyakan pelacur-pelacur mengulangi kesalahan yang sama walaupun mereka telah dihantar pulang ke negara mereka di Thailand.
Pihak JAHEAIK juga mengakui telah ramai dikalangan pelacur di kawasan tersebut di tangkap dan dikenakan hu! kuman, n amun mereka tidak serik walaupun telah dikenakan hukuman yang berat oleh pihak Mahkamah Syariah.
Pihak Majlis Perbandaran Kota Bharu Bandar Raya Islam pula sentiasa memantau kawasan ini khususnya pada malam malam operasi mingguan yang diadakan. Pelacur-pelacur yang ditangkap pernah dibawa ke pejabat Jabatan Pembangunan Islam untuk diberi kaunseling dan nasihat agar mereka menghentikan aktiviti terkutuk ini. Namun ibarat air dicurah ke daun keladi nasihat-nasihat ini tidak diendahkan oleh mereka. Kegiatan maknyah di kawasan tersebut juga pernah ditangkap dan diserahkan kepada pihak JAHEAIK untuk diambil tindakan lanjut.
Untuk membenteras kegiatan ini amat sulit kerana mereka dilindungi oleh tonto yang diupah oleh pelacur itu sendiri dan tidak kurang juga yang melakukan maksiat diluar kawasan ini dimana mereka dibawa oleh pelanggan dengan menggunakan kenderaan peribadi yang amat sukar untuk diekori.
Justeru itu operasi bersepadu yang telah dilaksanakan sebelum ini perlu dipergiatkan kembali pada tahun ini demi memastikan Bandar Kota Bharu benar-benar bersih daripada kegiatan terkutuk ini.
Laporan Operasi Pada 13.02.2011:
- Pada jam 9.30 malam 10.30 malam, anggota operasi telah pergi ke sebuah rumah kayu dua tingkat milik individu yang berlamat No.2660 E, Lrg. Limau Manis Jalan Hamzah Kota Bharu. Rumah ini telah disewakan kepada ibu ayam dan bilik-biliknya disewakan kepada pelacur. Anggota operasi telah menjumpai seorang perempuan warga Thailand yang disyaki pelacur cuba melarikan diri tapi berjaya ditahan. Anggota operasi memeriksa bilik-bilik di tingkat bawah dan tingkat atas dan telah menjumpai beberapa kondom yang telah digunakan.
- Tepat jam 10.45malam, pegawai operasi telah beralih ke D'Relax Station Jln. Zainal Abidin. Anggota operasi memeriksa premis berkenaan dan mendapati tidak ada pelanggan yang beragama islam yang berada di dalam premis ini. Yang ada hanya twenty orang pelanggan yang! bukan i slam sedang minum minuman beer. Lebih kurang sepuluh minit, Mereka telah meningglkan premis tersebut. Anggota operasi telah membuat pemeriksaan dan telah menyita kerusi, meja dan 1 peti (24 botol) minuman keras jenama Carlsberg kerana premis ini tidak ada lesen untuk berniaga dan menyediakan minuman keras.
- Jam 11.30malam, anggota operasi telah bergerak ke Cyber Caf PT.266 Tkt Atas, Jalan Merbau Kota Bharu. Premis ini sudah beroperasi selama dua bulan dan masih belum mempunyai lessen sah MPKB-BRI ketika serbuan dilakukan. Terdapat twenty orang pengunjung dalam premis tersebut yang keseluruhannya remaja berbangsa cina. Mengikut maklumat yang diterima, premis ini menjadi tempat perjudian dan telah dikhususkan kepada pelanggan yang tetap sahaja. Pihak MPKB-BRI telah berjaya menyita sebanyak twenty-three unit komputer.
- Jam 12.30 malam : Anggota operasi telah berada di Ralphs Laueren Bestro yang beralamat s/9-A-01-06 Pelangi Mall Jalan Pasar Lama Kota Bharu. Tarikh tamat lesen pada 31.12.2010. Anggota operasi telah Berjaya menyita sebanyak 27 unit (shisha) dan telah mengkompaun premis ini atas kesalahan tidak mempunyai lesen yang sah (shisha).
- Pada jam 1.15pagi : Anggota operasi telah membuat pemeriksaan untuk kali kedua yang beralamat No.2660 D&E, Lrg. Limau Manis Jalan Hamzah Kota Bharu. Anggota operasi membuat pemeriksaan di setiap dalam kawasan rumah yang pemiliknya tidak ada. Cuma yang berada di dalam rumah tersebut hanya ada anak. Anggota operasi melakukan pemeriksaan di setiap bilik dalam rumah tersebut dan telah menjumpai beberapa jenis VCD dan gambar-gambar lucah.
Selepas itu tiada laporan mengenai sebarang operasi baru oleh MPKB-BRI yang seolah-olah telah melepas tangan dan mengakui bahawa aktiviti tidak bermoral yang ditentang keras oleh Nik Aziz itu pasti akan berulang lagi, maklumlah bak respon penyokong-penyokong mereka, 'Di Mekah Pun Ada Aktiviti Pelacuran'.
Apakah MPKB-BRI hanya melakukan operasi bersepa! du setia p kali blog Kickdefella membuat pendedahan? Ini kerana operasi pada thirteen Februari 2011 adalah respons kepada pendedahan aktiviti maksiat yang didakwa oleh pihak yang terbabit sebagai 'aktiviti yang dilindungi oleh MPKB-BRI'. 'Dilindungi' itu cukup subjektif maknanya. Adalah mustahil mempercayai bahawa MPKB-BRI tergamak melindungi aktiviti tersebut.
Tetapi ini tidak semestinya MPKB-BRI tidak perlu mencari siapakah yang terbabit 'melindungi' aktiviti tersebut atau menggalakkan amalan 'tutup sebelah mata'.
Atau mungkin kerana sikap pahat dengan pemukul di MPKB-BRI?
Pada hari Isnin akan datang, blog Kickdefella akan mendedahkan video Operasi Johnson II yang membuktikan MPKB-BRI telah gagal mengurangkan kegiatan pelacuran di Kelantan, sejak pendedahan pada Februari yang lalu.
