B SUKE criticism 2 Ong Tee Keat (right).JPGAt a press conference after a protest, Pandan MP Ong Tee Keat (orange shirt) pronounced main road concessionaire Projek Lintasan Kota Holdings Sdn Bhd (Prolintas) had unsuccessful to reason open consultations with a affected residents of Cheras Hartamas, Bukit Segar Jaya, Taman Putra, Bukit Permai as well as partial of Ampang.

Just another FROG: Tunku Aziz disappoints - Koon Yew Yin

Just an additional FROG: Tunku Aziz disappoints - Koon Yew Yin
Although we do not know Tunku Aziz personally, we have friends who have known him for many years, with the few which know him really well. This research of Tunku Aziz is formed partly upon my discussions with them as good as my research of the events which have unfolded since his abdication from the DAP. It is additionally formed upon various statements which have been done by Tunku Aziz as good as alternative stake players in this domestic drama which has rapt many Malaysians for apart as good long.
It is important to note which Tunku Aziz has regularly been the conservative as good as the pro-establishment figure right from his early days. He is the apart partial of of the Kedah stately family. According to Wikipedia, his father was an officer in the Kedah military during the British colonial administration who rose to become Officer in Charge of Police District (OCPD), Alor Setar.
After completing his university studies in England as good as Australia (possibly upon government scholarships) he worked for Guthrie Corporation prior to joining Bank Negara as an advisor. He in the future returned to the private sector, as good as was appointed the group director of Sime Darby. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tunku_Abdul_Aziz_Ibrahim)
His anti-corruption record
Much has been done by Tunku Aziz of his prolonged station anti-corruption credentials. My end is which he has done the second career out of the means of anti-corruption which has served him well. Firstly it is important to note his high in front of in the corporate universe as an insider who ha! s helped to promote the wheels of business during the highest levels. He was during the single time or an additional the partial of of the Council of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers, the Malaysian National Shippers Council, the Asean Business Council, the Asean-US Business Council, as good as the Asian-EU Business Council. He served for multiform years upon the Employers' Panel of the Industrial Court. All of these appointments could not have been done by someone who did not receive the stamp of capitulation by the Barisan Nasional government.
Secondly, he jumped upon the anti-corruption bandwagon really late. Despite the issue's carcenogenic expansion generally since the early days of the New Economic Policy in the 1970's, it was not until some-more than twenty years later in 1998 which Tunku Aziz founded, together with others, the Malaysian chapter of Transparency International known locally as The Kuala Lumpur, as good as right away the Malaysian Society for Transparency & Integrity. He was not the owner usually co-founder.
According to his central curriculum vitae, "Tunku Aziz devoted the total of his time to Transparency International upon the intentional basis from 1995-2004." (http://dapmalaysia.org/newenglish/biodata_tunku_aziz.htm). That is probably loyal though it is important to note which the in front of supposing him in addition to sponsored travel as good as sponsored high form bearing - the basis for his local as good as subsequently general prominence. That belated "voluntary basis" work put him upon the general NGO circuit as good as helped to embellish his resume.
It additionally supposing him with an inflated clarity of his domestic clout as good as expected fed his ego. In actuality when we am comparing him with alternative local total who have sacrificed many some-more for their ideology as good as principles, we feel which Tunku Aziz's work has since him an unjustifiable repute as an activist. An arm chair critic - yes; tho! ugh an a ctivist - no.
Returning to the Barisan fold
Given his credentials as good as career, it is not startling which Tunku Aziz has right away returned to the Barisan Nasional fold. His repute for station up for principles as good as for coherence has right away been unprotected as undeserved.
Some readers in the internet have asked either Tunku Aziz was in actuality the government mole. we do not consider so. In my mind, what happened was the reprove by Lim Guan Eng over his primary Bersih comments. It was the open sauce down by the DAP arch which no person, generally the single with the clever clarity of his station in society, could be expected to stomach.
This was compounded by the DAP preference not to replenish his senatorship. If this preference was conveyed or signalled to Tunku Aziz good prior to his Bersih comments, it is expected which it would have been the critical blow to his clarity of self-respect as good as would have supposing fact to him for taking the line of evidence which he did when he criticized the Bersih assembly.
What pushed Tunku Aziz to the indicate of no return in his attribute with the DAP were the some-more politically unapt attempts to provide him with the senior fellowship in front of during the Penang Institute as compensation. The Institute functions as the state government's consider tank as good as would have paid him $ 50,000 in terms of emoluments. As Tunku Aziz remarked, "Are they mad?"
On the last point, we agree with Tunku Aziz upon the domestic immaturity of the little DAP leaders as the wayang kulit unfolded. This has been an occasion which has not usually been the distraction though has additionally shown the celebration shooting itself in the foot.
Another frog
But what we as good as many Malaysians find completely unacceptable, outrageous as good as outrageous is Tunku Aziz's mutation from bei! ng the V ice Chairman of the largest opposition celebration to being Prime Minister Najib's cheerleader.
He has right away left upon record to say which "What the budding apportion has done right away is the right thing as good as we need to support him". He has additionally pronounced which Najib's mutation process for change as good as mending the democratic process would positively take time. Earlier, Tunku Aziz was the single of those who pronounced which some-more than sufficient time had already been since to the Barisan as good as Najib in ruling the country. Now, he has altered his tune.
To my thoughts this domestic somersault is unprecedented in the annals of Malaysian domestic history, as good as presumably anywhere in the world. It is tantamount to saying "Vote for the BN" despite all the corruption as good as abuses of human rights as good as democracy from someone who claimed which he was anti-Barisan. No consternation Najib, Muhyiddin as good as Mahathir are praising him to the sky as good as regulating him as partial of their anti-DAP as good as anti-Chinese rhetoric. However, since which these same Barisan leaders as good as media have condemned him so strongly in the past, Malaysians can see through the stand in speak as good as pomposity of the BN as good as Tunku Aziz.
It is time for everyone to move on. Tunku Aziz can lend towards to his elaborate fish. And the Malaysian open should concentration upon the many critical problems which plague the multitude as good as which in my opinion, Tunku Aziz warrants usually the small footnote during many when the last inform comes in.
Koon Yew Yin is the prominent civil multitude personality as good as corporate captain

Why Najib - Dr M's puppet - must never be allowed to get back two-thirds majority!

Why Najib - Dr M's puppet - must never be allowed to get behind two-thirds majority!
Malaysia has never been an Islamic State as a Constitution is very specific upon it. It was Mahathir Mohamad aka a 'Mental Mamak' (our equivalent to Singapore 's MM) who lied all a way when he spoken Malaysia as an Islamic Country as well as therefore State in 2001.
Lim Kit Siang immediately prepared him but he being a chairman he is insisted that he was right. Jokers similar to Ling Liong Sik, Samy Vellu as well as Lim Keng Yaik of course did not object as well as sensitively concluded with him as well as so did a other BN leaders.
This 'mamak' has shop-worn a nation by as well as through.
MM also passed a Syariah Law in Selangor in 1995 with a help of MCA, MIC, as well as Gerakan.
Ask MCA, MIC as well as Gerakan why they await an Islamic State as well as passed laws to await it, as well as right away protest that DAP is ancillary an Islamic State, when DAP has never ever concluded to do so.
The justification is beyond doubt, it is in a public domain, ask them, a shameless ones, do they have an answer?
Worth listening to this recording. Our constitution is a many altered, amended, as well as mutated constitution in a total wide world.
We must never ever let UMNO get behind their 2/3rds infancy ever again. If they do, then a nation will go to a dogs. UMNO will again begin changing a constitution similar to there is no to-morrow.
It will be altered to fit UMNO, just similar to they altered a constitution/rules/laws to concede for gerrymandering of a consituency, where a farming constituency with an cit! izens of 5,000 voters is entitled to opinion for a single MP/DUN, whereas in urban localities, an citizens of 100,000 can only opinion for a single MP.
What sort of democracy do you call this? Can someone out there illuminate me. Whether you're pro-BN or pro-opposition, please, do not, in your wildest dreams ever concede UMNO their 2/3rds majority.
Don't ever let Malaysia go a way of Zimbabwe , Somali, or Myanmar.

"I don't feel it was right t! o say wh ich Bersih 3.0 had longed for to disintegrate a government. The military here were really good, they usually stood as well as watch. If a military in KL were similar to that, you don't think anything (untoward) would happen," she said.

"That day, a coffee shops were full of ! people, businesses were doing great. you spoke with other participants as well as you exchanged views. you done most new friends as well as met propagandize teachers too," pronounced Kian, who was herself a former teacher.

Kian stayed out of final July's Bersih 2.0 criticism after MCA in jeopardy disciplinary movement opposite those who took part. But she motionless to stick upon a convene this time when MCA boss Dr Chua Soi Lek pronounced a celebration would not object.

However, following Mohd Ali's criticism, Chua poured scorn upon Kian. Nevertheless, he settled which a celebration would not take movement opposite her to equivocate branch her in to a hero.

NONEKNONEian defended her participation during a rally, indicating out which a demand for clean elections as well as a antithesis to a Lynas singular earth estimate plant - which was advocated by environmentalists during t! he Bersi h 3.0 criticism - are issues supported by a party.

She discharged claims by Mohd Ali which her participation between a criticism leaders suggested she had a hand in organising a rally.

Kian pronounced there were other MCA members who had assimilated a criticism yet they were not from a party's tip echelons.

"As a leader, you need to know what a people wish as well as to mount with them," she insisted.

'! Don't indicate a gun during me'

Asked to criticism upon rumours which she will be quitting MCA, Kian pronounced which it had never crossed her mind.

"Of course, after how a boss scolded me, people would expect me to leave a party.

"But you am true as well as constant to a party, not a people in a party. Throughout my life, I've seen most celebration crises yet you will not simply leave a party," she said.

NONEAcknowledging a disastrous open sentiments opposite MCA, Kian stressed which Malaysians could offer a people "anywhere", be it in a opposition, a statute celebration or even NGOs.

Aside from her role as a women's leader, Kian heads a Malaysian Association for a Prevention of Tuberculosis (Malacca) as well as she is also a vice-chairperson of Rumah Sejahtera Bukit Baru, an aged folks home.

The Bersih 3.0 protest, she said, was something which a celebration leaders needed to simulate on, rather than spending their time condemning her for her distinguished participation in a event.

"Frankly speaking, as! a MCA m ember, I'm disturbed - because so most immature people, so most rakyat went to a streets (on which day), this is a big question symbol for us.

"I frequency see these people before, even housewives came out... If there are weaknesses in BN, then you must change. Don't indicate a gun during me, I'm just an typical citizen," she said.

Of Burgers as well as Butts

by Azmi Sharom(05-17-12)@www.thestar.com.my

The recent call of protests has set a dominance of sorts, where it appears which it is perfectly all right to accumulate anywhere just as prolonged as we ask first.

WHAT a week it has been; full of surprises which had me reeling from a improbability of it all.

The Police, it seems, have learnt their doctrine after BERSIH3.0 as well as have been right away a paragons of autocracy as well as leisure a leisure to assemble to be exact. It would appear which currently it is perfectly all right to accumulate anywhere just as prolonged as we ask them first.

It is okay, therefore, to set up stalls on a road in front of people's houses. You can even cook food in your stalls.

I was regularly under a impression which this kind of activity compulsory a little sort of city council permission.

After all, there have been health as well as food reserve issues to be considered. Obviously, we was wrong.

It is also okay to organise exercise classes on a road in front of people's houses. Why, a exercise can even be utterly risqu, with a moving of large bottoms in a air.

I suppose which if we were to speak to a group in blue, they would contend which these activities were protected since not many people were involved, distinct BERSIH ! 3.0 with a tens of thousands of participants.

Well, seeing as this is their logic, as well as seeing as a little sort of dominance has been established here, we consider any future protests should be in a same vein.

No some-more giant gatherings but instead lots as well as lots of mini ones. The cops can't possibly contend no since afterwards they would be hypocrites of a initial order, as well as certainly hypocrisy is not in their Standard Operating Procedure.

May we suggest which a burger sellers as well as a aerobic dancing ex-army squad be used as a template? But with some-more imagination.

For example, a group of citizens can open a little case in front of a Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's house. we consider a case should be a recycling stall. People can go to this case as well as bring all those, right away useless, science as well as math school textbooks in a English denunciation as well as leave them there for recycling.

Or maybe a case in front of a Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's residence offering a demonstration of indication building. we am meditative along a lines of Airfix models.

You know, little battleships, bombers, submarines, fighter jets, which kind of stuff. After all, he used to be Minister of Defence. we am certain he would similar to it. Why he might even try his hand during a indication or two.

However, might we suggest which any such gathering as well as criticism be finished in a non-discriminatory way?

I meant if we have been starting to criticism against a Government, a! fterward s criticism in front of all a houses of a Cabinet members, distinct a burger group as well as aerobic dancers who appear to have singled out Ambiga Sreenevasan.

Why don't they flip their sausages as well as call their bottoms during national laureate A. Samad Said's house? What about BERSIH steering cabinet part of Hishamuddin Rais? He might feel left out.

The search for the real story- which hishammuddin & his Malaysia Politics want us to believe

http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/images/uploads/07/03/hisham-july3.jpg
(The Star) -The military had been station there for hours, roughly a day in fact, though nothing happened. Until someone (Opposition leaderDatuk Seri Anwar Ibrahimand PKR deputypresident Azmin Ali) gave a vigilance for a throng to crack a barriers as good as thats what a demonstrators did. This happened despite someone else (Bersih 3.0 co-organiserDatuk S. Ambiga) revelation a throng to disperse, as good as she after certified which she could not lift out a crowd.

There is a need to change polite rights with inhabitant interests, says a Home Minister.
ITS been 3 weeks since a Bersih 3.0 criticism upon Apr 28. Depending upon who you verbalise to, you will get opposite interpretations of how a criticism evolved.
The authorities say a criticism went out of lift out after demonstrators breached a barriers during Dataran Merdeka. The protesters, upon a pick hand, claim which a military were high-handed as good as had overreacted.
Now which a heat has lowered, HomeMinister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Husseinshares his thoughts upon a Bersih 3.0 incident as good as pledges to action opposite a wrongdoers, irrespective of who they are.
>! ; Whatev er a estimated number, a actuality is which a Bersih 3.0 criticism was huge. Surely a Government contingency take this large series seriously'
Now which a heat has lowered as good as emotions have subsided, you should demeanour during a incident in a more rational manner.
Two groups went out upon Apr 28. There was a Bersih 3.0 correct whose participants longed for to take partial in a pacific open as available by a law. The pick group, upon a pick hand, longed for to take up Dataran Merdeka.
Bersih 1.0 as good as Bersih 2.0 were about electoral reforms though Bersih 3.0 had pick issues PTPTN, LGBT as good as Lynas. Add them all together, a numbers were larger than before.
Having pronounced that, you will wish to know what a tangible figure is. From a aerial views, you will work upon determining a numbers. There is right away record which can do this. We dont usually wish notice (that a throng was big). We wish to know a truth. But whatever a number, either it was 100,000 or 500,000, they dont represent a twenty-seven million Malaysians.
> Some who went for a Bersih 3.0 convene genuinely longed for electoral reforms. What about them'
If thats a case, then because not take up a suggest to reason a convene during stadiums'
One contingency demeanour during a events office building up to Bersih 3.0. It started from Apr fourteen when students longed for to take up Dataran Merdeka as good as Opposition politicians supported them.
Police acted with patience as good as Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) officers did a conspicuous job in doing a situation. On a day of Bersih 3.0, participants had gathered during fourteen points prior to making their approach to a square. In a early sunrise of Apr 28, a little 3,000 of them were already during Dataran Merdeka. The military did not engage with a crowd, even when a series got bigger as good as a little began to incite a polic! e.
What is critical right away is this a order of law contingency be upheld, law contingency overcome as good as a seductiveness of a people contingency be protected. This you will do though fright or favour.
Police investigations have been divided in to 3 categories a demonstrators; organisers as good as instigators; as good as military crew who were upon duty. We wont be biased. Anyone who pennyless a law will have to answer. No a single will be spared. We will not endure anyone who breaks a law as good as causes chaos.
> What caused a military to turn opposite a demonstrators'
The military had been station there for hours, roughly a day in fact, though nothing happened.
The demonstrators went through a spiny wires, a plastic as good as steel barriers as good as a military thats 4 opposite barriers, thoughts you.
Police reacted usually after a 4 barriers were breached as good as usually when a incident looked similar to an order finished underneath Section 98 (of a Criminal Procedure Code) would be violated. The court had spoken Dataran Merdeka out of end as good as everybody knew they had to comply with that.
So when a incident looked as if Section 98 would be breached as good as after a demonstrators rammed throu! gh 4 opp osite barriers a FRU (Federal Reserve Unit) had to act. All a information is available to us. Now, through a channels which exist, be it a eccentric row or Suhakam, a stories can come out.
> Did a military action upon order'
Let me echo which a military acted usually when a barriers were breached. On what happened after (barriers were breached), let a eccentric row as good as others demeanour in to a matter. There have been visuals of purported military savagery posted upon a Internet. We will make use of which to investigate. We additionally have visuals of demonstrators as good as what they did. Let me assure you which no a single will be spared.
But of a 14,000 military crew deployed upon Apr 28, usually a handful were directly concerned with a crowd. So it is not right to make use of a same brush to have a negative notice painted of a police.
While there were allegations of military being high-handed with a media, a most critical injuries were suffered byAl-Hijrahjournalist (Mohamad Azri Salleh), who was set upon by protesters whilst trying to save a policeman.
The wordless infancy should give us a possibility to find out a law as good as bring those who pennyless a law to justice.
Thankfully, there were no critical injuries. Apart from carrying to purify up a city, during slightest Kuala Lumpur wasnt upon fire. But you might not be so propitious next time if you dont sense from what happened. It was a sad thing which democracy was hijacked which day.
> What do you think of a criticisms upon a appointment ofTun Hanif Omaras chairman of a eccentric row to examine Bersih 3.0'
They have been aggressive Hanif since he is a former Inspector-General of Police.
But Hanif is not a usually person upon a panel. There have bee! n five o thers as good as when they take up this task, Im sure they would wish to lift out their shortcoming as good as get to a bottom of things.
There have been people out there hell-bent upon demonising a row as good as have been doing so by aggressive a single person (Hanif).
> Certain quarters have questioned because a Government has not set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry or, during a very least, get Suhakam to examine a incident.
Suhakam is giveaway to examine a Apr twenty-eight incident even if there is an eccentric panel. The row is an pick entrance for people to brazen their grouses as good as communicate whatever happened to them during Bersih 3.0.
If they feel a military have been prejudiced or a Home Ministry is biased, they can say this to a panel. What is critical is either it is Suhakam, RCI or a eccentric row seeking in to a case, you all wish to know a truth.
> What if there is a Bersih 4.0 being planned'
Some Bersih 2.0 participants suspicion it was irrational for Bersih 3.0 organisers to exclude a track suggest as good as motionless not to get involved. Innocent people who went out upon Apr 28, meditative everything would be all right (that day), would additionally think twice about participating in Bersih 4.0.
It has been proven which a Bersih 3.0 organisers could not lift out a crowd, contrary to Ambigas promise. She betrothed they would go as good as sit down during Dataran Merdeka as good as sunder dual hours later. Post-rally, she certified she could not lift out a crowd. That was irresponsible.
Bersih 3.0 was not a confidence threat though there were those who pennyless a law. They came with a opposite bulletin as good as hijacked a event. If Bersih 4.0 is to be held, a organisers will have to think very carefully about what their loyal intentions are.
A lot of people longed for a convene to be peaceful. But they have t! o sense from what happened which things can go wrong. As far as a Government is concerned, whilst you wish to give people their rights, there is a confidence aspect which you need to demeanour into.
> DBKL plans to train its crew to hope for them for probable demonstrations or illegal rallies in a future. Is which necessary'
Why not' The reason because rallies have been finished in large cities, such as Occupy Wall Street in New York, is since a demonstrators wish attention. If you wish traction, you go to capital cities similar to KL. DBKL is confronting a new landscape. It will be great for their officers to be good trained upon how to hoop such situations though inspiring open order, inhabitant safety as good as security.
> What have been a lessons learnt from Bersih 3.0'
The open can see our concern. That is because a Peaceful Assembly Act does not concede for street demonstrations since when you have that, anything could go wrong.
we seductiveness to a Malaysian open to please think rationally. What happened during Bersih 3.0 proves which things can go wrong. Right-thinking people similar to (former DAP vice-chairman)Tunku Abdul Aziz(Tunku Ibrahim) as good as (PAS former emissary president) Nasharudin (Mat Isa) share our concern. We might differ in our domestic views though you should be upon a same page when it comes to a peoples safety as good as inhabitant security.
Peaceful assemblies have been possible. Umno hold a mass gathering to celebrate its 66th anniversary during a National Stadium. For a 100,000-strong crowd, usually 600 military crew were upon duty, compared with a 14,000 group deployed for Bersih 3.0.
The Government has additionally proven its joining to bring about domestic transformation. The 3 Emergency Ordinances were lifted, Restricted R! esidence as good as Banishment Acts were repealed as good as a Peaceful Assembly Act as good as Security Offences (Special Measures) Act have been right away in place.
Barisan Nasional is a responsible government; you wish to change polite rights with inhabitant interest.
Let us finish these laws with practice so which you will be means to change rights as good as leisure with bigger (public) interest.
It (political transformation) is similar to a work in swell though if people have been emotional, prejudiced as good as have been seeking for people to demonise, you will not be means to move forward.
The incidents during Bersih 3.0 as good as a changes finished to a laws have been practice which you can make use of to chart a course for a nations future.

PESANAN IKHLAS KEPADA YANG INGIN MENDEKATKAN DIRI DENGAN ALLAH! JAUHI PAS, KERANA IANYA MENYESATKAN

Maknanya sesiapa yang dekatkan diri dia deng! an Allah , kalau tak stick on PAS maka dia masuk neraka.

Itulah mainan mereka.

Kalau nak medalami Islam dan mahu kenal Allah, stick on la Tabligh.
