Dataran Merdeka students stay put


There were no reported scuffles in Dataram Merdeka today though city authorities continued to vigour a students to vacant a public area.
PETALING JAYA: City authorities continue to vigour tyro protesters to empty their camp site during Dataran Merdeka.
Although there was no scuffle, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) officers came around a camp site this sunrise as well as told a students to idle a camps.
"They told us to mislay a camps though you stayed put. But there was no football practice like yesterday," undergraduate Haziq Abdul Aziz told FMT.
Another activist from a "Occupy" (Dataran Merdeka) movement, Fahmi Reza pronounced which there were around thirteen tents which were set up this morning.
"They told us this sunrise which according to a bylaw, you cannot put up tents though a consent of a city mayor.
"They gave us 5 minutes to idle as well as they left. They later came back in their truck, parked by a side of a road as well as only stayed there.
"We thought they were starting to transport us up though they didn't do so," he told FMT when contacted.
He added which most parties including ordinary Malaysians have been contributing to their cause by donating a solid stream of food, drinks as well as tents given Saturday.

Students 'right' to rally
