Shafie Apdal, the major figure in Sabah Umno, pronounced Pakatan Rakyat's guarantee to increase Sabah's oil kingship receipts to twenty percent should be rejected because the state should share its wealth.
"I come from Sabah (and I am a) Malaysian citizen. Who doesn't wish (20 percent oil royalty)? But we are wakeful (and) know which we must share," pronounced Shafie when met at the function in Kuala Lumpur today.
