KUALA LUMPUR -- PAS is in utter difficulty over a stand on whether to return to a strange onslaught or continue to fool around second fiddle to antithesis partners, pronounced Umno vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
If Prof Emeritus Datuk Dr Shahnon Ahmad and PAS deputy spiritual leader Datuk Dr Haron Din's criticisms were anything to go by, he pronounced it was clear a party had deviated from a onslaught to defend 'ad-din' (righteousness of religion).
"This proves that there is a organisation within PAS, wanting to go back to a roots of a struggle.
"It shows that there is a organisation that is still 'taksub' (obsessed) with a roots of a onslaught and cannot accept what is happening now," he told reporters during Parliament run Tuesday.
