WHY SO SILENT: Explain result of review upon NFC - MACC told
PKR-linked NGO Jingga thirteen today questioned a reason why a Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) has remained wordless upon a formula of a review into a National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) scandal.
Jingga thirteen lead coordinator Fariz Musa pronounced a anti-graft commission should not be wordless upon a matter as countless reports have been lodged with a MACC by Jingga thirteen as well as PKR. Yet no movement has been taken to date.
"Jingga thirteen is urging a MACC to insist a formula of their investigations as well as to take movement against those involved without prejudice," Fariz told reporters after handing a chit to MACC here.
An MACC central accepted a chit upon interest of MACC's Investigations Director Datuk Mustafar Ali.
When asked if a MACC had updated him, Fariz pronounced he was sensitive that a commission could not take movement due to a lack of clear customary procedures upon soothing loans.
"The MACC is saying they can't take movement since of this. So why do not they pass it to other agencies that can take movement then?" questioned Fariz.
