Dr M: Im no intellectual


KUALA LUMPUR, Aug twenty-six Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, the male mostly credited with fixation Malaysia on the universe map, has downplayed his past achievements, saying there was no need for the very smart person to run the nation the way he had.
