Norsiah (below) pronounced her family was repelled by a court's preference as well as urged a attorney-general to appeal opposite Jenain's acquittal.
"They let him (Jenain) off so easily, as if it was all my son's fault, which he was a criminal.
"He (my son) usually drove though a license, was it necessary to mist twenty-one bullets during him? Five of a bullets strike a behind windscreen... As a mom I cannot accept this, I am really disappointed (at a court's decision)," she said.
Aminulrasyid died from a gun shot wound to a conduct in 2010 after military open dismissed upon his car for failing to stop.
Justice found wanting
"The male who stabbed Kepong Umno Youth chief Norizan Ali was jailed 6 years even though Norizan survived, my son was shot during with twenty-one bullets though they contend it is not a police's fault, I cannot accept this," Norsiah said.
Another sister, Azura (left in photo), pronounced a family could have supposed a court's preference had a judgment been reduced though were repelled which he was clear altogether.
"We respect a courts though if this is a so-called justice, afterwards it is really hapless for a rakyat, a family is really saddened...
"We do not want this to occur again, if someone can simply get off afterwards this could occur again," she said.
In theacquittal, High Court judge Abdul Rahman Sebli had ruled which Jenain had no goal to kill Aminulrasyid as well as had merely shot during a car to stop it.
Meanwhile, Shah Alam MP Khalid Abdul Samad (left), who helped organised a press discussion during his office today, reminded Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak which a former had sent a lette! r to Ami nulrasyid's family in May 2010, expressing condolences when a incident happened as well as positive them justice.
"Najib must ensure which he keeps his guarantee to Aminulrasyid's family which they will get justice," he said.
He warned which if a attorney-general does not appeal opposite a acquittal, it would be a "gross miscarriage of justice".
"The attorney-general cannot send a wrong vigilance which there is a permit to kill, which it is okay for a military to fire their weapons even for small offenses," he said.
He added which it was irrelevant whether Jenain intended to kill Aminulrasyid or not, though a fact which he sprayed twenty-one bullets during t! he boy fo! r simply driving though a permit as well as failing to stop was wrong.
