Family demands justice for death-in-custody victim


Family members of death-in-custody victim cried for justice in front of the military domicile during Bukit Aman in Kuala Lumpur this morning.

They pronounced Krishnan Subramaniam was arrested in Kota Damansara upon November 8 as well as upon November 20, the magistrate's court in Petaling Jaya ordered which he be sent to the Hospital Bahagia mental sanatorium in Tanjung Rambutan, Perak, for observation.

However, Krishnan was found dead when he was sent to the sanatorium upon November 22.

NONE"The autopsy conducted upon Krishnan confirms which he died of septicaemia, meaning which his blood was really bad infected," Subang MP Sivarasa Rasiah pronounced outside the sovereign military headquarters.

"How did which happen? It is because there was the wound upon his wrist, caused by his shackles or presumably by alternative causes which were not treated.

"We know which if he was treated with colour with antibiotics which are easily available, he would have recovered in the week," combined Sivarasa, who was with Kris! hnan's family to hand over the memorandum calling upon Inspector-General of Police Ismail Omar to take movement upon the matter.
