changes to the early selecting by casting votes process;
giving journalists the chance to opinion around post;
cleaning up the electoral rolls;
getting supervision agencies such as the National Registration Department, the police, the military, the Foreign Ministry concerned in the registration as well as cleaning up of the electoral rolls;
the 14-day arrangement of the Supplementary Electoral Roll Draft, enlarge of opposers (to nominations) from 10 to twenty people;
