KOTA KINABALU: The State Election Commission (EC) has yet to embrace any report relating to a indictment by Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) which Barisan Nasional (BN) was unethically transferring Bumiputera electorate from Kudat to a Api-Api constituency.

According to Sabah EC Director Datuk Md Idrus Ismail (right), he was not in a know as to either any formal report had been lodged by any one upon a matter, but he assured which any complaints upon purported election-fixing would be properly looked into.
"I cannot comment any further as I am not wakeful of any report," pronounced Idrus, who was in Kuala Lumpur upon an central visit when contacted yesterday.

SAPP clamp president Datuk Wong Yit Ming purported upon Tuesday which a state BN leader was abusing his in front of by transferring Bumiputera electorate from Kudat to Api-Api constituency.
