Khairy: Court decision doesn't absolve Bersih

Although a Kuala Lumpur High Court has declared which a Bersih bloc is not an bootleg organisation, it does not absolve them of what transpired during its rallies, said Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin Abu Bakar.

"Although it has been decided which Bersih is a legal organisation, which does not mean a actions of those during a Bersih convene have been legal," he told reporters today.

As an example, he pointed out which protesters had stormed military roadblocks during a Bersih 3.0 convene upon Apr 28.

He said if any laws were broken such as a Peaceful Assembly Act or court orders, afterwards those responsible contingency be brought to justice.
