Bersih apology unnecessary, says Syed Hamid

KUALA LUMPUR, July twenty-four Putrajaya does not need to apologize to Bersih as Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein was only exercising his energy as home minister when outlawing the electoral reforms group, his prototype Tan Sri Syed Hamid Albar pronounced today.
A Kuala Lumpur High Court currently quashed final year's order outlawing Bersih prior to the second rally upon July 9, 2011.
"What happened clearly showed which our law is independent. The Minister was exercising his energy when he declared Bersih illegal," Syed Hamid(picture)said when commenting upon the issue today.
He expressed certainty which Hishammuddin had exercised his energy rightly after addressing all the issues surrounding his final decision.
"As this is an practice of his administrative powers without ill will or mala fide yet for the nation's seductiveness to say law and order, there is no prerequisite for the supervision to apologise," he added.
But Syed Hamid pronounced the supervision should be some-more prudent and practice larger care prior to making such the decision for the consequence of the credibility.
In her ruling today, High Court judge Datuk Rohana Yusof pronounced the bloc of civil societies known as Bersih 2.0, yet not strictly registered, can be considered the multitude under the Societies Act.
