Summoned as MACC witnesses, Shamsubahrins lawyers cry foul

"We will definitely go to a Bar (Council) to board a complaint," she added.
When asked of his opinion about his lawyers being summoned, Shamsubahrin said: "As far as we am concerned, this is not a right approach to go about it."
Shamsubahrin outlayed five hours during a MACC domicile here, where he confirmed he did not lie Mohamad Salleh of RM1.76 million in consultancy fees.

Salleh, who is a husband to Cabinet part of Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, was charged final Monday with rapist breach of certitude as well as violating a Companies Act after he allegedly used a cattle-rearing firm's federal loan for personal expenses.
The NFC project in Gemas, Negri Sembilan, was awarded to a company in 2006 when Shahrizat was in Cabinet.
