Hasbie Satar, 39, had claimed hearing to a identical charge in Butterworth final February involving RM2.1 million.
Hasbies warn Y. Sheelan Samuagam, when appealing to a court to lower a RM100,000 bail proposed by deputy public prosecutor Anselm Fernandes, forked out that his customer has been dutifully in attendance all court hearings since he was charged final year.
He is here to transparent his name and he has been co-operating very well with a authorities. He has never unsuccessful to attend court, he said.
Sessions Court judge Aslam Zainuddin set bail during RM90,000 with a single surety. The case has been set for discuss on Apr 20.
