The Kota Bharu High Court currently overturned the six-month prison sentence imposed by the reduce court on office worker Nik Sapeia
Nik Yusoff for willingly causing harm by spraying the dangerous substance during former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad in 2006.
Judge Mariana Yahya, in allowing Nik Sapeia's interest as well as acquitting as well as discharging him, found that the magistrate had erred in facts as well as law when sentencing the office worker to six months' prison on January 14, 2010.
