PKNS assets merger approved by Treasury, says Selangor MB


TANJUNG KARANG, Oct twenty-eight The partnership of 5 resources belonging to the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) in to the single organisation asset to be eliminated to the wholly-owned subsidiary of PKNS had perceived the capitulation of the Federal Treasury.

Noh pronounced the 5 resources were Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya value RM90 million, Shah Alam Convention Centre (RM97 million), Shah Alam PKNS Complex (RM85 million), Bangi PKNS Kompleks (RM42 million) as well as Wisma Yakin Kuala Lumpur (RM7 million).
