BN GOVT SPREADING LIES ON NCR LANDS

KOTA KINABALU : Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Tandek Mudanita Chief, Pathlyn Mikat said that the problem of prevalent lien of land in Sabah was unused until today by the Sabah BN government.

She said, for e.g. the land area of 60,000 hectares in the district of Kota Marudu as well as Pitas has been given to Syarikat Begaraya Sdn Bhd, the in isolation company.
"Why Sabah BN supervision gave the immeasurable land to the in isolation company when in fact, involves most Native Customary Right (NCR) lands. A sum of 35 villages in the district of Kota Marudu as well as Pitas are confronted with land issues, such as duplication of NCR applications. The lands that are right away producing crops as well as grown rubber trees planted by the villagers for years.

"If the slogan of the Prime Minister "People first", would not this be some-more suggestive if placement of the 60,000 hectares to the people instead of the in isolation company only.

"In addition, according to the State Director of Lands as well as Survey Department, Datuk Osman Jamal published in Daily Express upon fifteen Aug 2010, land application of Syarikat Begaraya Sdn. Bhd. was authorized upon 19 Mar 1996 by the state supervision underneath the leadership of the Chief Minister of the time, Datuk Salleh Tun Said Keruak, dual months before Datuk Yong Teck Lee was appointed as Chief Minister upon May 28, 1996.

"But the BN has widespread lies to the villages in Kota Marudu as well as Pitas that Yong allegedly authorized the land to Begaraya.
"We, as young people, must take the beginning to yield report or scold information. Do not let the BN leaders go on spreading lies as well as mistreatment of our leaders. Young people additionally have to be dauntless enough to pierce brazen in the political locus for the brighter future.
