Palanivel currently expressed disappointment over the Public Services Commission's (PSC) recruitment matter of 21 graduates with first category honours, as no tip Indian students were recruited. In the matter here today, he pronounced there were Indian graduates with First Class honours as great as Second Class top degrees, some from supervision universities, though they were deserted for some reason.
