KUALA LUMPUR, August twenty-eight The High Court today postulated blogger Amizudin Ahmat's duplicate for a stay of execution of his three-month prison judgment imposed by a justice for disregard of justice after he continued to tell articles upon Information, Communications as well as Culture Minister Datuk Seri Rais Yatim. Justice Datin Zabariah Mohd Yusof done a ruling after Rais' counsel Sarah Abishegam sensitive a justice which a respondent had not objected to Amizudin's duplicate to stay a judgment tentative disposal of his appeal during a Court of Appeal over a prison sentence.
On August 10, Justice Zabariah had sentenced Amizudin to three months' prison after anticipating him guilty of disregard of justice by serve edition eleven articles which defamed Rais(picture).
She ruled which Amizudin had breached a justice order prohibiting him from edition such articles upon Rais in his blog.
The eleven articles were published after a court, upon Jul 19 final year, had ruled in Rais' favour over a fit he had filed opposite Azimudin, who was additionally systematic to pay RM300,000 in indemnification as well as RM100,000 in costs to a minister.
Rais filed a fit upon January 31, 2011, opposite Amizudin, 42, who is a Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) Youth Committee member, for defamation over an essay posted upon a latter's blog, sharpshooterblogger.blogspot.com, upon or around Dec 28, 2010. Bernama
