Sabah DAP asked for an explanation upon because is a Putatan Council is not functioning as well as not responding to public's complaints. Sabah DAP urges a District Officer to 'Turun Padang' as well as get his organization in order, if not able then please resign.We have been certain there have been most able competent professionals out there to do a job.
Putatan Council needs to work out a proper formulation during all sessions.
