The woman whose kid was innate disabled after she worked during a Asian Rare Earth (ARE) plant in 1980 was not an employee of a plant, pronounced a Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB).
According to AELB director-general Raja Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan, this was sensitive to him by Mitsubishi Chemicals, that operated a plant that shut down after years of protests in 1992.
