"MOTIVE" Not Essential for Murder - Malaysian Judge Zaki

WOW! Only in MALAYSIA probabaly...

The JUDGE concerned in a ALTANTUYA SHAARIIBUU case stated that a "MOTIVE" BEHIND a murders by a Police Officers who committed it is "NOT ESSENTIAL"???

Wow! This competence be a "LANDMARK" case if THAT is Malaysia's Court's judgement as in MAJORITY of COMMONWEALTH NATIONS...there is a DIFFERENCE between MURDER & HOMICIDE, even in a USA there's a 1st Degree Murder as well as 2nd Degree or as in MOST Commonwealth Nations: there's a definition of "CUPABLE HOMICIDE NOT AMOUNTING TO MURDER" even...

And what DEFINES a disproportion usually is a "MOTIF" or "Mens Rea" or person's STATE OF MIND when they are carryng out a offence or Crime.

I guess this still PROVES that the Judiciary still isn't 100% INDEPENDENT then
