The site where the rubbish from the Asian Rare Earth (ARE) plant in Bukit Merah, Perak is currently stored is protected enough to be turned in to the recreational park.
According to AELB director-general Raja Abdul Aziz Raja Adnan, this can be finished for the Bukit Kledang rubbish ordering steer after it has been completely sealed, the pierce scheduled for next year.
"(The authorities) can spin in to the park, the forest haven or the recreational place. It's no problem. There is no prohibition," he told reporters at the AELB briefing.
According to Raja Abdul Aziz, the sixteen hectare ordering site include of two engineered cells.
The initial engineered cell is used to bury the strange components as well as structure of the ARE under two meters of soil as well as hermetic with concrete.
The second engineered cell will be used for the actual processed rubbish from the ARE, that was formerly stored in chemical protected oil drums in the same site.
The rubbish will be "stabled" in to the concrete pattern to make it "behave like rock"
