KUALA LUMPUR -- Felda Chairman Tan Sri Mohd Isa Abd Samad pronounced a settlers had no reasons to reject a inventory of Felda Global Ventures Holdings (FGV).
"It's great for a settlers, great for Felda as well as great for a country," he told reporters here today.
He pronounced a settlers would go on to suffer all existing benefits such as a 15 percent division payout by Koperasi Permodalan Felda, reliefs including a "duit raya" as well as bonuses.
Felda had implemented 70 to 80 percent of a efforts towards inventory of FGV as well as a banks had already been allocated to handle it, he said.
The contention with KPF would also continue, he added.
"We've gone to all a eleven regions. We've briefed leaders of a settlers as well as we consider they've proposed to understand," Mohd Isa said.
The inventory was consequential to hope for Felda in confronting stream as well as future challenges, he said.
Asked upon a move by Gabungan Peneroka Generasi W! awasan F elda Kebangsaan (Gempak) to appoint an outmost consultant to demeanour in to a proposed listing, Mohd Isa pronounced it would not hinder a inventory process.
"It's their right. It's up to them who to appoint. We will go on with what we've done," he said.
Under a proposed listing, Felda settlers would swap their 51 percent interest in Felda Holdings via KPF for a 61 percent carry out of FGV.
KPF owns 51 percent in Felda Holdings while FGV holds a remaining 49 percent.
