PAS: Civil service uprising in the making

had reported last week which tip posts ranked Jusa as well as Turus (equivalent to a private company's arch executive officer) might be filled by 'outside experts' including those from a private sector.

The posts embody those of a arch cabinet member to a supervision as well as secretaries-generals of various ministries.
