PETALING JAYA: Former MIC emissary president, S Subramaniam, has been certified to a Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Pantai Hospital Bangsar after pang a suspected brain haemorrhage.
According to former MIC vice-president, VKK Teagarajan, Subramaniam, 67, collapsed during home after returning from a duty last night.
"We've been told which he might have suffered a brain hemorrhage but we do not consider it is life-threatening.
"His current condition is serious but stable," Teagarajan told FMT.
It is learnt which Subramaniam will be undergoing surgery today.
Subramaniam, who was prior to a emissary Domestic Trade as well as Consumer Affairs Minister was additionally once Segamat MP from 1990 until 2004.
