FEDERAL Constitution 10th Schedule Part IV Pharagraph 2 (1) has provided that two-fifth of income subsequent from Sabah by a Federation, will be granted to Sabah any year. After 1965 when Malaysia ceased to exist broken with a departure of Singapore this 2/5 of income share was defaulted in 1969 underneath a Emergency of May 13 underneath a Razak dictatorship up to now. This 2/5 together with Petronas income subsequent from Sabah for 2010 would amount to some-more than RM 4.5 billion as well as over a years up to 16 Sept. 2011 would be RM 152 billion.
