Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim, in taking his stand of defense for a first time, told a High Court today there was a swindling by PM Najib as well as friends to send him to 'political oblivion'.Describing a sodomy indictment opposite him as a 'blatant, infamous lie', he additionally warned Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan that his claim will prove to be a large distortion soon.

Some call Anwar a coward for giving an unsworn statement (not theme to cross examination) from a dock.
But for me, Anwar still got a time to stifle a allegations... only if he is unequivocally innocent. However, it was not right to accuse Najib as well as his government forming a cahoot to run him down.
What he should concentrate on right away is to produce each tangible evidence to beat a prosecution. He is, actually, starting opposite all odds!
