  • Residents in Chelyabinsk listened explosion, saw a splendid light andfelt a shockwave,
  • windows shattered and mobile phones worked usually intermittently.
  • 400 people sought medical help, caused by flying glass.
  • Windows were shatteredand some ofthe frames of emporium fronts buckled.
  • shockwave could be felt in apartment buildings
  • "felt ashockwave which smashed windows."
  • Awall was damagedat a Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant
  • blast at altitude of 32,800 feet, occurred when meteorite entered atmosphere.
