by Nigel Aw@http://www.malaysiakini.com
The Black Rose, the array of books promised by runner businessman Deepak Jaikishan, chronicling his feud with Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's family, has finally found the approach into cyberspace.
Black Rose 1.0, the first of the series, was circulated to the media tonight in the form of the 26-page e-book with the author being listed as 'Spirit of Altantuya'.
The book makes no mention of any specific personalities by name, though the storyline closely resembles which of Deepak's own story.
The book contained the slew of characters whose names appear to have been assigned nicknames or have had their real hold up names jumbled around.
Among them include Kapeed, Bijan, Black Rose, Popiah, Lala, Jim as well as several alternative personalities who he had concerned or referred to during his warpath against Najib's family.
From Deepak's account of his propinquity with Najib's family to his involvement in reversing Private Eye P Balasubramaniam's statutory declaration linking the Premier to murdered Mongolian national Altantuya Shaariibuu, the book appears to counterpart these accounts though was penned in the form of the fairytale.
Failing to broach the 'popiah' promise
The book, which did not enclose any new revelations, described the "Raja Popiah" who, unlike normal "popiah sellers" which would not double sell their popiahs, sold her already sold popiah to "! guppy th e fish". Popiah is the Malaysian spring roll.
The book after referred to the "popiah" as the piece of land which was primarily sold to the "true blue Pakistani who travelled by drifting carpet".
This Pakistani upon the drifting carpet, the book said, knew which as prolonged as he spoke the truth, Raja Popiah as well as her affiliates would have to answer for unwell to broach the promise.
"Thus starts the adventure of Raja Popiah, Black Rose, Bijan, Laba as well as Kapeed," the book read.
The story goes upon for the first sixteen pages as well as the following 10 pages featured papers of solid jewellery purchases by Deepak's company.
The papers were the same as those earlier released by PKR executive of strategy Rafizi Ramli, who had alleged which they were for Rosmah Mansor.
Deepak had formerly denied that the papers belonged to him, though Rafizi had insisted which these papers were obtained by intermediaries who got them from Deepak.
The final page of the book settled which there would be the sequel entitled 'Black Magic Women', which would be authored by a single 'Not My Legacy'.
