The Malay Mail's front page report today says "the (Penang) state supervision had a lot to be disturbed about following a expose of a RM75b mixed development plan in Balik Pulau".
The newspaper was quoting a consultantfor a developer of a plan after Lim Guan Eng, a Penang arch minister, said a plan "simply does not exist".
RM75 billion is a big, large number.Lim can simply explain that "parties were trying to smear and attack a Penang state government". But is that a fact?
