KUALA LUMPUR: DAP grassroots leaders yesterday expressed low beating in their secretary-general Lim Guan Eng, who allegedly "stood by as well as watched" as they were vigourously assaulted during the party assembly recently.
They claimed that they were strong-armed by the organisation of "hooligans" whilst attempting to pass the chit to the Penang arch minister, who attended the assembly in Sepang,
