Bye 2012, Hi 2013

For me, my highlights in this year (2012) have been all about star-fruits as good as mangosteen.

star-fruits (carambola)
mangosteen fruits (garcinia mangostana)
But anyway, farewell 2013

sorry it didn't happen, wakakaka
And welcome 2013.

Happy New Year to all Malaysians as good as otherfriends(Aussie, Thai, Indon, Singaporean, Viet, Cambodian, NZ, Chinese - Mainland, HK as good as Taiwan - Korean, Pommie, French, Canadian, US, Paki, Egyptian, Lebanese, etc).

It has been a pretty great year for me, as good as we hope for same or even improved in 2013, to jolly as good as to kong-more-samkok with my mateys.

What did we grasp in 2012 - well, nothing spectacular though a improved job, more travelling, as good as hey, we get to eat mangosteen in China after umpteen years of blank a fruit any time we returned to Mala! ysia.

Yes, when we was behind in Penang in 2004 to vote for my Penanglarng, Zulkifli Mohd Noor, in a Bukit Bendera (BB) federal constituency as good as again in March 2008 (that time to vote for Liew Chin Tong in BB, as good as my ADUN Lim Guan Eng in Ayer Putih) we couldn't find any mangosteen, wakakaka.

Ayer Itam, Penang
Yes, we can get mangosteen in Australia though a peculiarity is distressing as good as a price worse (bloody prohibitively expensive). However, accessibility of durian as good as a price aremoe man t'aithanks to imports from Thailand.

So when we was in Yunnan as good as Guangxi (China) about 3 months behind we gorged upon a tender fruits. From my Aussie mateys' own experiences with mangosteen as good as their repelled observations of a quantity we took (bloody cheap lah, RMB15 per kilo only), they were sincerely worried we would suffer tummy upset, though hey ho, my tummy had been lined up with Penang kampung toughness.

Additionally we additionally gorged onstar-fruits(carambola) which was about RMB4.50 per kilo. The fin! al time we had decent star-fruits was in KLsome10 years ago, thoughI grew up with a star-fruit tree in front of myoldhouse in Ayer Itam, Penang. we have to admitthequalityofstar-fruits we obtained in KL were bigger, sweeter as good as altogether higher totheone from my tree.

Before my recent/latest feast of star-fruits in Guangxi as good as Yunnan, we did extract of same in NewCaledonia when we stayed with a French family in a capital Noumea. They have dual star-fruit trees in their backyard though a fruits were very tiny as good as not sweet at all. Mind you, we lovethesweeties there, wakakaka.

I've additionally taken up sudoku after being assured by a Malaysian doctor whom we met in China during mylasttrip there which it helps relieve tension. But we feel terribly tensed any time we couldn't solve one.

Anyway matey, it's celebration time liao, so Happy New Year. Cheers

Wakakaka.
