PETALING JAYA -PKR strategy director Rafizi Ramli will lodge a report opposite Minister in a Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Nazri Abdul Aziz as well as Michael Chia during a Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) upon Monday.
Citing a MACC Act 2009, Rafizi indicted Nazri as well as a Sabah businessman who was not long ago probed by MACC over a RM40 million domestic concession to Sabah Umno of bribery
He said this in a press discussion during PKR's domicile today.
"According to Section 16(a) of a act, Nazri could be investigated if his son receives thankfulness from Chia because of his position in a Cabinet," said Rafizi.
He pointed out which it was reported not long ago which Nazri had certified in Parliament which he knows Chia, as well as which his son, Nedim Nazri was in receive of a Hummer H2 (WNX 9776) which is purebred underneath Chia's name but he (Nazri) did not get anything out of it.
"The box is strengthened by Section 16(B) of a action which says it is still deliberate bribery even though Nazri did not receive a thankfulness directly," he added.
Rafizi also said which Nazri should take these accusations seriously as it concerns his reputation.
At a press conference, Rafizi also presented video justification connecting a Hummer to Nadim.
