MCA denies giving up Jelapang to Hee

MCA boss Chua Soi Lek has denied any agreement in BN to give a Jelapang chair to incumbent independent state deputy Hee Yit Fong to contest under a statute coalition's banner.

"MCA would similar to to clarify which a party had not had any discussion with a prime apportion about giving up a Jelapang state chair in Perak," pronounced Chua (right) in a statement today.

He was responding to Hee's statement yesterday which she would berecontestingthe Perak chair "under a BN flag" as well as which BN chairperson Najib Abdul Razak would make known a sum soon.
