He (Rafizi Ramli) referred to at a press discussion yesterday which taxpayers lose around RM3.5 billion annually through the country's use of "giving out" APs but an open tender, adding which it can be used to bring down car prices instead.What creates his matter mischievous is which whilst he says PR will condense excise duties as well as "the triple-tax burden" (what this consists is not explained)
